The house is listed as a 5 bedroom 3 bath. But that is not true it is a 4 bedroom 2-1/2. Bath. The shower did not work and we only had 1 shower available. The 3rd shower is a outside shower that you use to rinse off from coming from the beach. There is no drain on the out side shower so you are stepping in sand mud ants grass. That should not be considered a shower. When we arrived the floor was dirty. There was dirt under the couches looks like the cleaning service does not clean under the couches or beds. The sofa bed down stairs looked discussed there were dirt under and trash in the sofa bed. These house needs a lot of upgrades for the price they charge. $900 a night should be more like $3-400 a night. Until they upgrade. There were hardly any lighting down stairs. The driveway was muddy.

I would not have booked knowing that it only had 1 shower in service. False advertising when you say it has 3 showers. Plus you are paying for a cleaning fee.of $3-400 whoever the use they do not do a good job. We spent basically the first day cleaning instead of relxing.

Location terrible.

Everything. Location is 35 feet from a highway. Instead of ocean sounds, the predominant sound is motor cycles and dump trucks. The place is very old. Ill maintained. Like a hunting camp instead of nice beach house.

I liked the location of the place. It was only a short walk to the beach. I appreciated that the dining room table was big enough to seat everyone, and liked the pool table as well. The things that others complained of, such as smell and that steps, has been resolved because we had no problems with any of that.

The bed that I slept in, in the room with 2 queens, was broken in the middle, so it made my husband and me fall to the middle together. I ended up having to sleep in the other queen with my daughter the whole trip because of this. One of the queen rooms bed was also broken at the frame and it kept hitting the wall when it moved. I hated that the doors in the room I was in wouldn't open because that is the reason I chose this room, so I could go out on the deck from my room. The microwave worked on and off. The bedding looked dirty. It had spots on the conforter that I simply scratched off, so I know it would have been cleaned in the washer if had been washed. We had to replace all the tips on the pool sticks in order to play. I left some things, so I emailed the man I was told to contact about things and never got an email back from him, so VERY dissatisfied with that. The shower in the dining room didn't work so everyone had to use the same shower, which was too much for so many people. The hot water ran out during second shower back to back, so unless you have all day for people to shower this isn't the best choice. Breaker for the dining room kept throwing. One of the outside lights wouldn't work, which made the stairway dark at night.
