The design of sofa bed is not good for folding and unfolding. Remember to consider $12 parking fee per day.

The entire hotel was nice, clean, and modern. Lots of safe parking (for additional $12 a night). Very easy to navigate through the entire hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The room was extremely nice, it had a large kitchen with a fridge, an office desk, king bed incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean and modern.

The pullout sofa bed was a bit springy but otherwise this was a perfect stay!

unfortunately both me and another guest got our stuff stolen right inside our hotel room and staff couldn’t help at all.

everything was great until my necklace went missing after housekeeping as well as our door acting weird and having to change our card key multiple times only to find out someone stole my $5k necklace. my fault for trusting I could leave it but what sucks even more is no one could help and they kept insisting it could’ve been misplaced or my kids may have touched it instead. on top of that, another guest also got their luggages stolen during the time of our stay as well so obviously something is up

room was clean and nice, clearly new, and bed was comfortable. Easy to get to.

Staff was rude and made things very difficult at check in. even so far as to tell me that Wi-Fi was only for guests when I had all my reservation confirmation information for them but needed to log into booking.com to change the account name to match mine instead of my husband’s. Seriously? So rude and put me through a lot of unnecessary hoops to check in. also they don’t keep staff to bring things to your room like extra toilet paper or blankets. They make you walk down to the front desk. We don’t have kids but if we did that would be very annoying having to drag kids down with me so I’m not leaving them alone in the room.

the beacon is very thin, scrambled egg is repeated, all hot drinks are worm and not hot.

air condition will shut down at night, so freezing and uncomfortable,I told hotel front desk first day and they said they will adjust setting for me , but no, it happened at the 2nd midnight

The room was absolutely incredible, I did not expect it to be that spacious and full of facilities like a full size fridge and a cooking hob. The bathroom and shower areas also were very spacious and more than I expected, I particularly appreciated the size of the shower cabin. Last, but not least, I was extremely well taken care of upon my very early arrival, being able to drop my bags off, and later a the moment of check-in. Also, when I departed, I was assisted with finding a rideshare to LAX, which I truly appreciated.

the failure to be completely honest and up front about there being a charge for parking. then when the mystery charge appeared on our bank card, I called and confronted them. at which point they proceeded to bold face lie and swear that they had explained in detail the parking calling my wife and I liers. I spoke with Hilton corporate who was appalled at our treatment. since I had used a third party booking they could not do more then contact property but stated that the property management was very wrong and did not represent how Hilton values guests.

The flow of the floor plan and amenities were just great. It was one of the most comfortable stays I have had in a very long time
