Todo es muy lindo! Pileta, desayuno muy bueno y variado, baños grandes, habitaciones cómodas, gimnasio completo y limpio.

Limpieza, el aseo en general.

Poca luminosidad de la habitación, los muebles deteriorados, aire acondicionado en malas condiciones, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación producto de lo mismo. Desayuno de calidad regular.

Where to start… the staff here were some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered - if you came to them with a problem they tried to generally convince you that you were wrong or it wasn’t their problem - never seen this anywhere else in the world. Additionally, We had a cleaning staff enter our room early in the morning despite having a do not disturb sign on the door… then she tried to blame us for not having one when it was clearly there on the door. Now the restaurant is a complete joke, never been to a worse restaurant in my life. The food was terrible, they took 2 hours to bring some very basic food, forgot one of our party’s food entirely and also served me pink chicken. The burger was horrendous and our friends who ordered the steak had about 3 bites before leaving it because it was that bad… we’re not even fussy eaters but it was actually horrendous, sadly it was a national holiday so we had no choice but to eat there. They had a function on in the next room and we felt completely ignored, in fact the manager even told us to our face that we weren’t the priority here - come on… who says that to a guests face. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else for better service- whilst the facilities were nice the way the staff treat you can completely affect the whole level of the stay! Oh and just to add for the food, they repeatedly told us the food was coming any minute for well over 2 hours which felt like quite the insult for that period of time. Even the manager admitted the wait time was ridiculous. They blamed everything on a translation issue which was a joke (we had even used translate and they responded confirming when we ordered so definitely a lie). I don’t normally complain but I couldn’t not say something about this calamity of a place.

La calidad del hotel, la habitación grande, una buena terraza, el desayuno, soy celiaco y a solicitud mía me tenían alimentación especial. Tuvimos la ocasión de conversar con Francisco que es el gerente general, resultó ser una persona muy gentil, amable y de excelente disposición.

No tenemos nada que reportar que nos haya desagradado.

me dieron una copa de bienvenida en la pieza, pero eramos 2. el cafe nespresso falta y hay un hervidor sin agua potable. saben que el agua de la llave de calama es mala.

La cama era muy comoda y la ubicación del hotel super buena.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in Calama mit fußläufiger Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum. Perfekt für einen Zwischenstop zB auf dem Weg von zur Atacama-Wüste. Pool großzügig und gut beheizt mit moderner Glaskonstruktion und Ausblick auf die Berge. Große Zimmer. Parkgarage vom Casino nutzbar. Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden.Eindeutige Empfehlung.

Frühstück war nicht so überzeugend.
