Thanks for the great stay, the place was perfect well decorated, clean and I especially loved the snack basket! I also appreciated the extra toiletries because I had forgotten my toothbrush. We will definitely stay again if we head to Boulder again. Thanks! Julie

It wasn’t just about the home. All of the extras that mean a lot. Coffee, clean towels, soap, games, entertainment and decor. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this property/host. Thank you.

I was in Boulder to visit old college friends and experience a bit of nostalgia. While I barely recognize Boulder anymore (so much construction) my friends were easily identified. This was a great little jumping off spot and the owners are very responsive. The welcoming snacks were a plus and the kitchen is well stocked. One suggestion is more light dimmers, this house is very bright.

Very happy to have met these responsive owners. Surprise snow day and they were right there with shovel team to dig us out including the car. Clean, well appointed 2 bedroom unit right on Pine Street. Close to downtown Boulder. Washer and dryer were also top notch and kitchen well stocked including snacks. Thanks again.

The apartment is even better than the pictures! Spotlessly clean. Decorated so cute with lots of considerate touches like coffee with sugar, fluffy towels, snacks upon arrival. There are individual heater/ac in each room so I was comfortable everywhere!
The neighbor is nice & safe & quiet.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Everything about our stay was positive! We appreciated the hospitality, good communication, and well-stocked and organized kitchen. Thank you for the hypoallergenic bedding - a perk I look for when choosing a property. The cow theme could not have have been more cheerful; we couldn’t pick which cow art we liked the best. Thanks for the welcome basket of snacks and bath items … very classy! We’re looking forward to another visit.

We’ve stayed here twice and love the location, just blocks from Pearl St. The unit is updated, clean and very cozy (winter stay). The beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and clean. Added amenities, such as Keurig coffee, bottle of wine and snacks were so nice after a day of travel!

The location is in a wonderful neighborhood that is walkable to Pearl Street and groceries. It is across from an elementary school and we enjoyed seeing the students and parents going to the school. However a big perk is that there is off street parking available with the property. Owners were very communicative and easy to work with. Nice place to stay in beautiful Boulder.

The house and location, on a quiet street within walking distance of fine restaurants and historic Pearl St., was perfect for our stay in Boulder. The modern kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom supplies and linens were generous, and the snacks were an extra treat. This “home away from home” is exactly as described.

The property was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved the kitchen table area for gathering. The beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. The decor is so fun (Cows!)!
We especially appreciated the host’s generosity. A lovely basket with water, wine and goodies greeted us. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee pods were provided. In the bathroom there is a supply of items in case you forgot anything (razor, toothpaste, toothbrush etc). So very thoughtful!
We will definitely recommend to our friends and family, and hope to stay there again!

This is such a cute, clean comfortable place with so many helpful amenities! We love the location too -5 min walk from Pearl Street and our favorite coffee - Box Car. The couch is especially cozy and the kitchen really well stocked too. Nice welcome too!

We stayed at Phil's place in August 2023. PROS: Kitchen (had everything you might need); Living Room (large screen TV (couch was amazing); Bedroom (beds were soooo comfortable; Bathroom (spotless & had a drawer full of xtra's like q-tips, etc - individually wrapped even!); Outside (parking space provided & patio was private - were we enjoyed our morning coffee (provided); Communication (from booking to checkout was great - all my questions were answered quickly. I could go on & on with how much we liked staying here, but the personal welcome note & all the CO treats and wine that greeted us was icing on the cake. CONS: only that we didn't book for a few extra days. If we travel to Boulder again, we hope to book this place again. Truly, it is wonderful! Phil and team are highly recommended.

The place is better than pictured and perfectly located walking distance to the whole downtown area. Well updated, furnished and stocked. Wonderful welcome basket of snacks and bath items. Two true weren’t beds that are amazingly comfortable. We will try to stay here every visit.

This is a great location. Quiet neighbors, nice patio. Phillip is a great communicator and has the home stocked with snacks, coffee and plenty of towels and toiletries one might need. Very clean and fresh. I highly recommend this rental.

This was a perfect Boulder retreat for our family for 4. It is walkable to Pearl Street and very central to restaurants, tubing, hikes and shopping. The inside exceeded all expectations (better than the pictures) and there was a great attention to detail...we felt very well taken care of and would recommend highly! Thank you for a wonderful 3 nights!

Perfect place for our two night stay in Boulder. Very, very clean and excellent amenities for our family with two kids. Bonuses include the welcome snacks and the little school across the street with a playground and a free sharing library. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio. We would definitely stay again should we end up back in Boulder.

I highly recommend staying at this property. The home has been recently renovated with very nice finishes. Fully stocked kitchen and high end appliances. Personal AC unit in every room. It has one of the most comfortable couches you’ll ever sit on. The outdoor patio is perfect to relax and soak in the Colorado sunshine. Lastly, the location is unbeatable - 10 minutes walk to Pearl St, 10 minute walk to CU campus and nearby all the shops along 28th street. I will definitely book again for my next return to Boulder. Our host was extremely accommodating and left us a lovely gift basket with all local products. I highly recommend 5 + stars!

Two blocks from Pearl St but in a real neighbor hood so location can’t be beat! Is part of a triplex so was concerned at first but neighbors nice and quiet and unit feels private. Pictures online are exactly what it looks like - updated and pristine. Very thoughtful details throughout that make it really comfortable - thanks for the snacks especially!

We LOVED the cow house! My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, and it was just perfect. Very clean, has everything you need and is in a great location. Just about 2 blocks from Pearl street. My boys especially liked the welcome snacks. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is clean and organized. Phillip was responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this place! It is so clean, adorably decorated (love the cows), and close to all the fun of downtown Boulder. Also, the host went out of their way to welcome us by leaving local treats and a sweet note waiting for us when we arrived. It had everything we needed in the kitchen; the beds were comfy; and the kids liked the games available. Thanks - it was a great visit!

Don’t let the simple outside fool you. Once inside it’s a completely wonderful totally renovated apartment/condo tastefully decorated and with everything a traveler needs. Kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the coffee pods available. The bathroom was very nice and was also stocked with amenities , soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, if you forgot your toothpaste, they had small travel size available along with other items. The living room had a large very comfortable sofa and several chairs. Dining room right off the kitchen. We did not use the small patio off the kitchen but was available. Easy walk to many restaurants and two local hotels. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so if I return to Boulder.

This house has absolutely everything you will need for your stay in Boulder. From the kitchen cupboards to the bathroom drawers, they have thought of it! The welcome basket and card were so amazingly thoughtful. I can’t sleep without a fan and forgot mine. I was so happy to see one in the closet when I got there!! I was a little concerned about the street parking before we got there but that turned out to be a total non issue. In fact, we were able to park right in front of the unit every day. I would recommend this great place to stay to everyone!

My husband and I stayed here with our two teens after touring CU, and we loved this place! Located in the historic Whittier district and a lovely 10 minute walk to the heart of Pearl Street, this is an original house that was renovated into a spotless, adorable and welcoming spot. Top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, gorgeous decor, and all the thoughtful touches (a handwritten note, a snack basket, large Keurig selection, excellent toiletries) made this a delightful stay. The host was very communicative and even allowed us to check in early because the cleaners had finished by then. Wonderful!

This is a great location and such an easy walk to Pearl street. Communication with the owner was great, appreciated Phill’s follow up. There was a basket of goodies available for us upon arrival which was so thoughtful. This is a way better option than a hotel when coming to Boulder. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Boulder! Property was spotless and very well appointed with comfy beds and everything you need in a kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee every morning and even cooked a few meals. Host was very responsive and left a great welcome basket with local goodies. We even had a snow storm and side walks were cleared very quickly. Very walkable to Pearl Street. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Our stay in Boulder couldn't have been better. The VRBO location was in a wonderful location, we were able to walk to Pearl Street in 7 minutes (and that was pushing a baby stroller). The house was immaculate, the beds were super comfy, Phillip (the owner) thought of every convenience anyone could ever desire, from wine openers, beautiful cutlery, washer & dryer, complimentary snacks ( a lot of them and all of them them local). Phillip was easy to communicate with and super thoughtful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Phillip it was a wonderful experience!
