The property was clean in a good location for our activities, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, nicely upgraded, and we enjoyed the pool and just relaxing when not doing our activities and outings.

Great location in north Sarasota, very near Ringling Museum. Well decorated and maintained, pet-friendly property. We rented for the week of Thanksgiving and cooked the holiday meal in the well appointed kitchen. Great place!

This property was exactly as it was listed, very clean and a great time overall

We had the best time! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more! The pool and spa were so fun and our kids loved swimming morning, noon and night! We had an issue with heating the spa at first but the owner was very responsive and helped us solve the problem very quickly so we could enjoy it! The location of the house is in a decent area that is within a 20 min drive to siesta key beach and many restaurants and shopping. It is a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. The house was exactly as described and we will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future!

Great home, with a fantastic management company. Debbie (Debra?) was extremely attentive and helpful in meeting our needs. I would book from Itrip again for the customer service experience alone! The house itself was very nice, it had a great pool and all the amenities you could need.

Smooth and effortless

This property was beautiful! Everything about the listing was accurate. It was so clean you wouldn’t believe that with the turn around times some of these places get. The pool and hot tub were great for early morning and late night swims. There was more than enough space for our family and more. We had no problem with bugs or anything! Will definitely be staying again!

Very nice house

Property is real nice for relaxation with the screened in lanai & pool area. Bedrooms are very nice. I would return again. Listing details could be better however, there is a garage but not useable for renters, parking in the driveway-FYI. Some nearby neighborhoods are a little sketchy too.

House was very comfortable, roomy, in a great location (just five minutes from airport and shopping, stores and 15-20 minutes from beaches, including Siesta Key). And we had our small dog with us, which was great. But the draw is the pool area. Big lanai covers the entirety of the backyard, which also has a jacuzzi and bar/grille area. Would have had given five stars if not for a couple of issues. House can use a little TLC (brush down the spider webs on the lanai). And there was a pest problem. Small ants coming through kitchen window we could deal with. But near the end of our stay we had big Palmetto bugs inside the house (two). Manager said there's nothing you can do about it since this was Florida and they come through the drain pipes. But we had one in the living room that had to have come through a wall. IDK. I'll let someone from Florida answer that. Just not something I want to deal with when on vacation.

What a perfect house for a long-overdue getaway and chance to reconnect with some local friends. The whole place was spotless (we travel with a blacklight flashlight, so I mean it), and the house had all we needed: chairs and umbrellas for the beach (even that corkscrew anchor), plenty of pool towels, and all the kitchen basics, including a blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There's filtered water in the fridge dispenser, and even a hair dryer available, so no need to pack one. The beds were comfortable - also seem newer - and the living areas welcoming after a long day of exploring, kayaking, or heading to any one of several beaches within driving distance. Everything seemed to be newer or in good condition, but thankfully didn't have that new smell - just clean. Outdoors: The grill also looked new, and the screened pool area was perfect for relaxing and hanging out - we ate dinner out there every night we weren't finding a local restaurant. We didn't need to heat the pool, but the spa can spill over into it, the one day we wanted to take the chill off. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, and felt very safe for walking and taking in beautifully landscaped yards. Would definitely recommend. The management was responsive when we called to ask a question, and clearly took care to make everything presentable and operational. The only comment I sent them was that the master bath shower seemed to have a low flow (the other shower was great), but I'm guessing they'll look into it since we let them know. Otherwise a great house - we're so thankful to have found it and would definitely come back!

We rented this property for the month of April in preparation of our daughters wedding in town 4/23/22. Intially I liked the picture descriptions and the location to our wedding venue at Ca 'd Zan. We also like the description of the outdoor kitchen.

Perfect location. Perfect house. Pool was fabulous and hot tub was great. So close to airport and Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Fully stocked house. Detwilers Grocery was amazing and had butcher and fresh fish and Walts Fish resteraunt was a drive but worth it. Will definitely choose this house again.

It could not of been any better! The house was clean and exactly as pictured and promised! They have everything you need for your stay! Even down to the beach towels and a cooler! The outside pool area was fantastic! I cannot wait to visit again!!

It was a nice property. We especially loved the patio/pool area and spent a great amount of time out there. It took a bit for us to understand how to make the heat work from pool to spa. Our biggest complaint was the temperature of the home. We were required to keep thermostat set at 72 as the lowest all day/night. It got really hot for sleeping. By end of week, the main air conditioner was not working properly, and even after a service call was not keeping up, and the outside temp was barely 80 max. We slept poorly because it was too warm in the home. Besides that, the rest of the home was very nice and worked well for our family and the property owners/managers were very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Had our family of 7, all together. Plenty of room, clean, exerything you could possibly want! Pool was great! Close to everything! Able to call management with any problem, & they got right back to you.
