Great Place perfect location for Mexico Beach. Unit very good size. Few minor details I would do Overall 5 Stars. Thank You. Glad Mexico Beach is Bouncing Back Strong. Hopefully to be part Mexico Beach in 12 to 18 months.

This unit is next to the last unit on this floor - away from the elevators and far down from the pool. This unit is across the street from the water, and has a huge building in front of the water blocking our view from the gulf. We did not sit on the patio because (a) the furniture was rusty and (b) you could hardly see the water, much less heat the waves. When standing on the patio, you hear traffic from the road below. There is not enough furniture (in the bedroom(s) to place any of your belongings on - not even a dresser in one of the bedrooms. The huge wall clock on the wall does not work, nor does the alarm clock in the bedroom. The ice maker works very well. We had enough towels. The location of the condo is nice - a short walk across the street. The unit provides a nice beach buggy for your things to carry to the beach. Research what restaurants /food places are open! Not a whole lot to choose from - Mostly food trucks and tiny restaurants. Do not go to Dagwood! Dollar general grocery had all that we needed. The pool was fantastic. Through I think they needed some actual chairs to sit on rather than all loungers.

Everything was perfect. It was very nice. It was like being on the beach side ocean view. Perfect location. We can't wait to stay again.

This property was clean, well stocked and decorated very nicely. We had plenty of room to move about and all the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Seaside balcony was not really quite ocean view but was a comfortable spot for coffee and catching the sea breeze. The location was central to town and all points of interest. We did experience some difficulties with the door lock but hopefully that has been resolve. Very pleasant stay.

The view posted on the site was somewhat changed as a big green house had been built since the pic was taken. The shower/sand rinse station was very nice.
