This home was incredible and made for a wonderful stay. No complaints and would highly recommend to any looking to travel to Incline Village, winter or summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were on a team retreat & the place is stunning, clean and spacious!

The house was very clean and had everything you'd want in a rental house. Kitchen well stocked. All restrooms stocked with towels and toiletries. Very close to a great hike that will give you breathtaking views of the lake.

Renting the property was super easy, check in process was the easiest I’ve ever had! I will be back for sure!

The Tramhouse is comfortable and cozy. Delicious meals were easily created in the beautifully rustic kitchen and outdoor grill. Grandchildren frequently ate their meals around the huge island. Our family of sixteen enjoyed every second in this spacious cabin! We loved the accessibility of trails, shopping and quaint eateries. The back yard is lovely, too, and completely fenced in. Our stay in Tramhouse ranks #1 in our annual vacation memories!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tramway Lodge. The home is grand yet cozy, affording both privacy and spacious common areas. It was clean and well cared for, with comfortable furniture and decor. Most of the bedrooms were quite large, and even the smallest were still more than adequate in size. The beds were neither too firm nor too soft, very comfortable. It was nice having plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of hot water. Water pressure was average but good enough. The kitchen was nicely designed, attractive, and well-stocked with cookware, glassware, utensils, etc... And the bronze counters were beautiful and easy to clean. The outdoor BBQ worked great. The large livingroom with its large stone fireplace was a nice place to gather in the evening (the listing says bring your own firewood, but we found a couple of firelogs already there when we arrived...assumed the property management company supplied them). The location, just across the highway from Tunnel Creek, was very convenient for walking, hiking, biking, dining, and many more activities found in Incline Village. Unfortunately, the Incline public beach was closed, but the beach at Sand Harbor was open, and just two miles down the road. As for booking this rental, Sue at the property management company was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Very smooth process making reservations and getting checked in. 10:00 a.m. check-out seemed a little earlier than some places, but the place is so big, I'm sure they need the extra time to clean it thoroughly. Great place to stay for a family vacation - and being dog friendly was a nice bonus!

We enjoyed a family reunion (12 people) over July 4th. The house was even nicer than the pictures - with plenty of space to gather and plenty of space to have alone time (important with a big group). And the location is absolutely primo - right in the middle of things but still quiet. Looking forward to our next visit.

The property was great as described with a couple of exceptions. The hot tub off the master was a jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom--not big enough for more than 1 person. We had hoped for a family hot tub. The kitchen almost fully equipped. It was missing large baking pans and measuring spoons/cups needed for cooking meals for a large family group. Location was ideal.

Boyd and Sue were very helpful and we had no issue with checkin. The place was clean, all the beds were firm but comfortable. I had no issues at all. Check-in was great and the property manager was easy to get a hold of. Even after we left we thought we might’ve left something behind and the property manager helped by sending someone to check but we were unable to locate the items which we feel we might have accidentally thrown in the garbage.

The cabin was beautiful. It had everything we need. however, a snow shovel would have been nice since we got snowed in. It was the the worst storm in 30 years. Everybody enjoyed a White Christmas.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone - beautiful home, great location, amazing floor plan with plenty of room for large family. We came for a wedding and could not have been more pleased- amazing doesn’t even summarize this place!!!

The house was well set up for multiple families and couples. Very spacious and lots of places to gather while still have places of solitude.

Perfect property for large family and guests. We had a rehearsal dinner in the back yard for 30 guests. The landscaping, ambiance and house were perfect!
