This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Sea Pearl. We love Oak Island for the quiet and family atmosphere. Our host, Stephanie is great to work with. The condo has everything we need. The location right on the beach is fantastic.

Outstanding stay

Beautiful condo just yards from the beach. Our family stayed and really enjoyed this unit. It was just yards to the beach with two walkways to the beach. We shopped at the Food Lion which is conveniently just 1/4 of a mile from the condo. This was a great unit and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. Everything was clean. The pool was cleaned every morning and thankfully they closed it with a lock each night so we wouldn't be put out by loud noises or parties at the pool. We sat on the balcony every night and enjoyed the many couches in the living area. The beach was very accessible but gets pretty crowded, so setting up early is a great idea so you aren't setting up in front of others or in their personal space. Very pleased with this condo.

Well appointed condo. Look forward to making a return trip to Oak Island.

We very much enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely be back for a longer stay. The complex has beach access and you can walk to a good number of restaurants/ice cream spots/souvenir shops (over a dozen plus, at which point the next strip of creature comforts is another half mile or so West or East). Kitchen and living area were great, bathrooms were nice, bedrooms were nice, and the bunk beds are high quality. Good size patio too facing the ocean, as do all condos in the complex. Parking is underneath the building and is one “lane” for 3 cars, so shielded from the sun and elements.

This place was better than advertised! Location to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc was fantastic. The condo bigger than the pictures show and was very clean. We will definitely be interested in staying again.

We had a great family vacation at this property. The unit appears to have been recently remodeled and everything was in good condition. It was very clean and well stocked. The pool is kept very clean and the beach is just steps away. There were beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, etc. available as well. Will definitely try to stay here again in our next visit to Oak Island!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Pearl. The location was perfect and the view of the ocean was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. Our host Stephanie was a great host.

This place is in an ideal location- view of the beach from your porch, easy parking, easy walk by the pool deck to the beach access, and close to some good restaurants and coffee shops. We thought the place seemed bigger in person than in the pictures and description! The storage unit also had some good beach accessories to take advantage of, we loved having the wave boards and beach chairs. Definitely will be looking to come back here!

The property was as advertised. The location provided easy access to beach. The property manager was very accessible. I will stay at this property again.

The Sea Pearl was the perfect place for me and my husband for Thanksgiving week 2021, and again for 2022. We so appreciate the clean, tidy, attractive and comfortable unit, with nice views of the dunes and ocean. We enjoy the proximity to restaurants and shopping, long beach walks and bike rides (our own bikes), fishing from the pier, exploring Oak Island and Southport, and, this year, visiting the great little NC aquarium via a half hour ferry boat ride. We definitely recommend The Sea Pearl!

We were in Oak Island for my nephew’s wedding. My sister had suggested Southern Shores as a nice place to stay. Our condo was perfect. From a welcome card and basket, along with a well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. The condo was very clean and Stephanie was very responsive. It was also beautifully decorated and the beds and living furniture were very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying at the Sea Pearl in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay while on Oak Island. This condo is located about two minutes walk from the beach with a clearly marked and accessible pathway to the beach. You can see the ocean from both the balcony and the front of the condo. This condo was easily accessible as it was at the top of the first flight of stairs. Parking is a little tight but as long as you don’t get in a hurry, you can park three vehicles easily. One of the first things I noticed, was the quality of both the storm door in the main entrance door. The customizable keypad lock is also very nice. As we entered the condo, it was immediately obvious that it is well cared for. All of the appliances are in great condition as well as the furniture. The kitchen is well furnished, which made it easy to prepare meals for the family. The kids have lots of room to play , they also loved the assortment of games. The beds are in good condition but a little soft for my taste. I do prefer a very farm bed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She made sure to check on us and responded very quickly to every communication. A few nice additions I want to mention include a three ring binder with several menus and suggestions from the manager. Shagger Jacks had the best shrimp I have ever had. Additionally, the welcome basket was very nice. The kids loved the sunglasses that you left in them. Just a few other things that really spoke out about the quality that this manager provides include Simple things like dishwasher pods and laundry pods were present. Ample toiletries were present. They even left a toothbrush and toothpaste, in case you forgot. We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. This was our first time to Oak Island however we do intend on visiting again. We are also interested in utilizing the same property for future visits.

Better than advertised. Most thoughtful owner, who provided toiletries, cleaning items, treats, toys.... a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed our time at the Sea Pearl so much! The condo is beautiful and decorated up to date with a nice beach feel, beautiful kitchen, nice bathroom tile, nice furniture, comfy beds. It was well stocked with towels, towel bars and hooks, blankets, beach chairs, and a welcome basket. It’s on a nice, private place on the beach and we also enjoyed the pool. The location is great and near everything. We’ll return!

This place was fabulous! The property was beautiful and the host went above and beyond! We enjoyed having the beach and pool access and spent most mornings and evenings on the patio. We would definitely come back and stay again! Highly recommend!

My husband and I with our three year old daughter stayed in this condo that was ON the beach! We walked into the condo to a well supplied welcome basket with all kinds of goodies :) The view was great. It was an easy to walk, less than 2 minutes to get to the beach. The condo was clean and well decorated. We look forward to planning another trip.

The only bad thing we have to say is we wish we could have stayed longer. Stephanie provide everything and then some. The place was clean and inviting. The beds were great. The living room and kitchen area provided ample space for all 9 of us. The deck had furniture and space for us to look out at pool and beach! We will be back!! Thank you Stephanie!!

This property was in a great location. We had a family reunion and we all found condos within this complex. The gazebo and swings were a nice place to get out of the sun and chat with family. The grassy yard was good as well to play outside games. We would return for sure.

Upon walking into our suite we noticed how clean and tidy it was. There was even a hand written note welcoming us to our vacation which was a nice touch. Sometime after checking in we received a welcome message and wanted to make sure everything was adiquite and to make sure we were ok. We will defiantly recommend The Sea Pearl to anyone.
