The house was great and walking distance to Hobart and to all the shops and restaurants. We loved it.

Four of us stayed at this home, and it was great! I had to correspond with Chris over a couple things, and she responded very quickly. Great location for restaurants and the lake. Would definitely stay there again!

My brother and sister in law travel every year with my husband and I. We came to the area to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary, the location of the rental was very convenient. We easily walked to the downtown for breakfast, lunch and local watering holes.
I would highly recommend Kelly’s Irish pub, the owners are great people and will make you feel like family.
If you’re looking for a excellent dinner, Port’s Cafe is a must.
Overall was very pleased with this rental experience.

Eclipse is a beautiful three bedroom home just big enough for our kids and their spouses. We booked the trip for my husband's 60th birthday. We are familiar with the Geneva area and wanted something close to the lake and downtown. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings. This home was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

This newly built house was just the thing for a perfect get away. Really close to the lake, really clean, everything in perfect working order, and the hot tub and pool table were really special perks!

We enjoyed our stay in the Finger Lakes. We went for the deck the halls wine tour which was a lot of fun. Location wise was a bit challenging because of where the wineries were located. A lot of wineries were 40 mins away so we had to plan our day accordingly.
The house was wonderful, A small, cozy place that could fit 4 people comfortable. I think 6 would be a squeeze, but we were able to relax and enjoy time as friends. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our stay.
Thanks to Chris for such a wonderful place. He was very communicative and answered all of my questions prior to our stay.
If you are looking for a cozy stay on Seneca Lake and hit wineries at the top of the lake, this is such a great place!

The house was super cute and very clean. I paid for a party package and the hosts went above and beyond creating an atmosphere of celebration! All the small touches were sweet and thoughtful for our stay. The house was in great vicinity to restaurants and interesting shops. Will definitely be staying again!

Great space and location, very clean and quiet. Walking distance to the cute little town of Geneva and probably walking distance to the park although we did not have a chance to visit. Cute little neighborhood with all of the details of the unit thought out.

Privacy
The owner was great very responsive. This was not our first VRBO. I did not realize the out door patio in the back was in the master bedroom. We had 3 couple all with different time frames of activities which made privacy a little awkward. For a family there would be no issues. For three couple in 3 room privacy may be an issue. Again knowing what we know we would rent again

Brand new everything, very nice amenities, great location (walking distance to downtown, <2 mins to the lake). Nice layout for a family stay. Highly recommend.
