This villa fit our needs perfectly. The online photos are very accurate. Everything was clean and in great shape. Loved the screened in porch. The added convenience of the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is clean, spacious and close to the beach! 4 adults 2 kids (4,5) and we had plenty of room to hang out after the beach. The place is cute, clean and has everything you need! Location was great and our kids easily walked to the beach. We will be back!

The place was clean and modern and amazing. We had a family of 5 stay here and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Easy access to the beach and the screened in porch was a godsend at night! Would definitely recommend this getaway - and the hosts were easy to reach and super accommodating! Thanks again for the great stay!!

We really enjoyed the week. The size was perfect for our family, the walk to the beach was short, the pools were convenient and well kept, walking distance to some excellent places to kid's park/eat/drink/relax...just about anything that you need on vacation.

Had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends. We loved the condo and the location. The location was very accessible to the beach and restaurants. Spent our time riding bikes, in the beach and playing pickleball. Hope to return again soon!

We give this property five stars in every category. The location of the villa on South Forest Beach was within walking and bike riding distance to everything on that part of the island. The villa itself was as described in the listing and very clean and welcoming with everything that we needed. The thing that stood out the most with us was the EXCEPTIONAL communication with Scot and Stephanie. They were extremely helpful and very kind. Very fast to respond to any communications. The literature that they sent out prior to our vacation was amazingly detailed and extremely helpful. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to stay at this property again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A couple friends/colleagues and I were on Hilton Head for work, but this condo also gave us some much needed down time. Being able to have coffee on the screened in porch each morning was the perfect way to start each day. The condo is centrally located which was convenient for us to have some fun as well as be to our work experience on time. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and having three bathrooms was really awesome. The layout gives lots of privacy and it was very quiet.
I had to have something delivered to me while I was there and the owner along with the management company was so helpful! My delivery arrived without any issues. The owners were also very responsive when we had a couple logistic questions.
I highly recommend this condo and the owners! It would work well for a family or a group of friends.

Stephanie's villa was great! There plenty of room for our family and she was extremely easy to talk to! I would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in HHI and I would stay at this villa again! It is also a great location, close to the beach and shops!

We had a delightful time and the condo was well equipped. There is no coffee provided, but a grocery store is close by to pick up items that are important.

This was the perfect villa for our family of six adults and one infant. The villa was so clean and comfortable. Loved spending coffee or playing board games on the screened in porch. The area was close enough to walk to the beach or if you wanted to go to Coligny area for dinner. We hope to go back at another time and enjoy this beautiful place.

Clean, well appointed and relaxing space perfect for family getaway. The use of beach chairs and cooler were so convenient and the cherry on top of this trip. The screened in porch was lovely. We were at HHI for our sons wedding. When we started looking for a place to stay for a week, Scot and Stephanie’s Happy Place really stood out based on pictures, reviews and price point. We found the unit to be just as described and near may activities. Scot was terrific communicating with us.
Property very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Often we find these properties to be a bit skimpy on kitchen equipment, dishes and utensils. Certainly not the case with this unit. Pictures are an accurate representation of what you will find.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head. The location was great - short walk to the beach and a pool just one building over. This made it easy to get in the water daily, even with 3 children. The hosts have a fully stocked kitchen and provide beach chairs and a beach cart, which made going to the beach easy as well.

Myself and family had an very enjoyable time!!! This home was very clean and the decor was so cute , relaxing theme..You also get a bag of toiletries and the towels wrapped in a bow..lol
What I like the most is the easy walk to the beach that is mostly shaded..The beach equipment was great also with the wagon to transport your gear..All the restaurants and shops are all close by..We did and explore so much of the surrounding area..Even took a day trip to Savanah,real close!! We would definitely rent this lovely home again..Perfect vacation stay!!! Thanks to the owners for making our stay enjoyable 😀

This condo was perfect for our family and some friends. Everyone had their own spot and bathroom. I loved having no key to keep track of and loved the location. We walked just about everywhere. The owners were so kind and easy to work with! I’d totally recommend this!

From the calming ambience to the cleanliness to the super comfortable beds, we enjoyed every inch of the property. The porch was our favorite - what a great spot to unwind and have dinner or a glass of wine. The villa was especially great for our young children - it wasn't over decorated or stuffy, meaning less to worry about with a toddler roaming around! They also had a lot of kid's plates and cups. The beach cart was also a plus. I also wanted to comment on the AC system - it did a great job of keeping both the upstairs and downstairs comfortable (sometimes a rarity in two story villas!). Overall, highly recommend, and we can't wait to go back.

Everything we could have wanted!
This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we brought our 3 boys. Scot and Stephanie's Villa had everything we wanted and needed. We loved having separate rooms for our oldest and youngest two, plus their own bathrooms. The villa was spotless when we arrived, and the screened in porch was my favorite! The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and having chairs to take with us was so convenient. We already talk about renting this exact villa again! Thank you for a trip our family will never forget!

The Villa was the perfect location for friends to reconnect. Everything we would expect if we stayed at a quality hotel was provided and more. We had lots of privacy and space - Yes 3bedrooms and 3 full baths. I could go on and on about it being in the perfect location, etc. And I’m sure there are amenities we didn’t discover because we only stayed a weekend. It was perfect. Your home is beautiful, Thanks for sharing it with us.

Time at beach & Cologny
My family had a great time here! Spacious place to stay. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch but more at the beach and Coligny Plaza. Love the Fruitloop at Frosty Frog. Our unit had everything we needed and it was quiet while we were there. Great stay!

This is now Our Happy Place too!
My parents, husband, and 11 year old daughter had an amazing week in HHI and enjoyed our stay. The condo was well-stocked and so comfortable. The extra blankets provided were of great quality and really made it feel like home. The hosts were very friendly and replied back quickly. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future.
