My family rented this Boyne home for a Northern retreat. We had a wonderful time. The property offered wonderful accommodations for everyone. Clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood.

The home & property were clean and well maintained. We lived the house! When reaching out to the owner regarding minor details, the response was always quick and friendly.

very clean and comfortable home in the perfect location. close to town and amenities. The owner thought of everything! Children enjoyed all the kids movies and toys. plebty of room to spread out. cooked on the grill and enjoyed the firepit. Would definitely come back again!

Loved it! Walking distance to town and marina where we docked our boat. Room for everyone. Accommodated dogs very well. Very hospitable host. All was as advertised plus more.

The property was super clean, and so much space for our big group! It was walking distance to downtown and close driving to everything else. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was perfect. It had everything you could want or need. The interior was beautiful a d updated. Plenty of linens and towels. And for us being a shorter stay it was nice to not have to pack everything and the kitchen sink. Then location was wonderful. Short walk to the beach or into town. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Loved that we felt away from it all but were close to everything.

We just spent a week here with parents, siblings and their families. Boyne City is awesome! Walkable from house to downtown and Lake Charlevoix. Great restaurants, live bands, a few little shops and gourmet chocolates and bakery. Aside from the amazing location, we cannot say enough about the home itself, the hostess Christel and property manager Justin. They are ABSOLUTLEY fabulous and quick to respond even to our randomn questions. The house is SPOTLESS, the beds are sooooo comfy and there is nothing they don’t provide. We are frequent VRBO travelers and this was by far the best we have encountered. Simply put…TOP NOTCH. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. See you next year

Every aspect of this place was awesome. Plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect for not only our vehicles, but to be able to walk down town. Will definitely be staying here again.

This house had everything we needed and so much more! We had 4 adults and 6 kids here and still had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the yard/bball hoop. Christel was a dream to work with when it came to a few minor issues. She was responsive and took care of things promptly.
My only complaint is that there is only a/c on the 2nd floor. Not an issue if you’re visiting in the cooler months, but it got around 76 on the main floor during the hot days.
Overall, we enjoyed our first stay in Boyne and I’m sure it won’t be our last!

We had a fabulous time at the Pine Street Family Lodge. It was exactly as advertised and even better than the pictures. Our large, extended family had plenty of room and we loved the big yard for the kids to run around. Great walkable location to town and the host thought of everything we may need (or had forgotten).

Great area. Well equipped large house. Great for my husband and I, along with our adult children and their families. Loved that a couple of the bedrooms were set up with enough beds for a whole family, which was great with young children.

We had the best time staying in this charming old home that has been rehabbed to meet all the modern conveniences in the most tasteful way! The owners have thought of everything and we loved the location to downtown Boyne City with all the great restaurants and fun things to do!

The property was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. Very homey and comfortable. The house sits in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the beach. The hosts have thought of everything in case you were to forget something. Planning a future vacation at this property where we can stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay! Your place was perfect and just what was needed for the weekend. The morel festival was great too.
How did you find the house after we left? Any problems or concerns? Any refund for the dog available? ZZ is very low key and docile. She doesn’t get excited.

This home is cute and in a great location with quiet neighborhood surroundings yet very walkable to downtown Boyne for meals or shopping (and beautiful water views or fishing). The home is comfortable in size and amenities making it a perfect landing spot for our 3 families to meet for a week (from Minnesota and Ohio)
The host was very responsive and helpful in a timely manor. Thank you for lending my family a place to make memories!

Absolutely a great house for a larger group! Very clean, spacious with an extremely comfy master bed! Everything we needed in the kitchen was also available! Nice updated country home! Communication with owner was spectacular & wonderful to work with! Great downtown area and close enough to walk to. If you like crepes, you must visit Gilda’s! The community is so welcoming with gorgeous flowers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if ever coming to this area again! Thanks again!

Convenient location, lots of room.
This home was nicely decorated and convenient to downtown Boyne city. The owner was easy to communicate with. The kitchen was spacious and the dining room table accommodated 8 people very nicely. It’s difficult to find a dog friendly rental-it was so nice to be able to bring our pup with us!! They did a good job of not making it seem like dogs had ever been there. Will definitely return!! Thanks for a lovely week.

Great home with a great location. Walking distance to town. The home was immaculate. Owners were fabulous and included thoughtful touches like amenity baskets in case we forgot tooth brushes, sunscreen etc. We had family gathering from multiple states and the whole family loved it.

Loved our first time in Boyne City! Home was clean and spacious enough for a large family including 9 adults, young kids, and 2 dogs. Our kids loves riding their bikes into town and down to the lake. The water was beautiful. Town has wonderful restaurants and little shops. Also, driving distance to Mackinaw, Traverse city, and local wineries. We loved our time in this home and in the area!

Loved our first time in Boyne City! Home was clean and spacious enough for a large family including 9 adults, young kids, and 2 dogs. Our kids loves riding their bikes into town and down to the lake. The water was beautiful. Town has wonderful restaurants and little shops. Also, driving distance to Mackinaw, Traverse city, and local wineries. We loved our time in this home and in the area!

Boyne mountain was about a 10 minute drive. Outside of that it was only 20 min to Petoskey. The house has tons of beds and a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun cooking and then playing games at the big table. Would definitely stay again and world recommend
