Definitely a nice unit. This is an end unit, perfect location. Everything was wonderful and a very clean unit. Had some issues in the beginning with the television not working properly. The individual (owner’s) management company was amazing and we were able to resolve the issue. Just keep in mind that the unit does not come with any type of food condiments, so you’ll have to supply those on your own. Other than that, has everything you need. The unit is directly across the street from the ocean. Literally a one and a half to two minute walk. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice condo to stay in with the family, did not have any of the fishing poles or beach supplies. Only had chairs. Table was not clean had sand all over it

The communication from ITrip after booking with VRBO was quick and easy. They were able to field my questions and inquiries quickly following the hurricane. Barefoot Beach Resort has the most affordable options for singles, or families on Gulf Blvd! The resort is always clean, beautiful pool, and outdoor grills everywhere for all guests to enjoy. As usual, a great trip!

The location of the property is a 10.
However, the condo was dirty. Floors were absolutely filthy!
Sheets had stains and hairs on them. Pillows had what looked like cough drop drool on them. Area rugs had not been vacuumed in God knows how long. I called as soon as we got to the condo and requested clean linens- 8 hours later at 10:10pm someone knocked on our door and dropped them outside. Of course by this time we had gone to Walmart and spent a lot of money on laundry and cleaning supplies. I tried calling multiple times and NO one responded. I messaged Kevin the condo host and he never responded.
The floor was so dirty that we had to buy wipes to wash our feet with before we could get in the bed. (just from walking to from the bath to the bed) This was after we mopped the floor. I was hoping to be able to post pictures but so far I haven't found a way to do so. If you want a clean place to stay, do NOT stay in this condo and do not believe all of the reviews showing Kevin responding saying things are being taken care of, that is a LIE!

The property was very nice and beach just a short walk away. We had our 3 young boys with us and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We would definitely stay here again for the convenience of the beach not far away. We have a one year old who needs a nap in the afternoon and it was easy to get back and have a nap before we packed up and went back to the beach. Everything was easy and convenient compared to where we’ve stayed previously. The place was relatively clean other than the floors made my kids feet black being there only 20 minutes. The other complaint my husband had was the grills outside. We attempted to grill burgers one night and he couldn’t get it to light and they didn’t look like they’d been cleaned, which overall was not a dealbreaker. We did have to evacuate for hurricane Idalia, but we received an email that was clear that the county was under mandatory evacuation and we needed to vacate or face property damage. We went inland for about a day and a half and then we were permitted to re-enter the county. After that we spent some beautiful days at the beach with minimal people there. Overall very pleased!!

We had never been to this area...we loved it! Our condo was spotless and so close to the beach. Our family loved the pool as well. We will be back! Abby at the rental company was super nice and thorough too.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very nice. We were very thankful for all the beach accessories that were available. I absolutely loved the condo and the location.

Location is great and the resort is quiet and relaxing. Unit is a good size and there are the basics for what you need.
Suggestions would be a bath/shower matt and cleaning of comforters, throw pillows etc.
Overall it was a pleasant stay-Thank you!

We were really happy with the location. The pool is great too! Lots of pool and beach toys and coolers available to choose from. We also read the reviews about the fridge and air conditioning and cleanliness and had no problems with them at all.
The emails we had received with instructions about the Alexa on the property were incorrect. We were told to ask Alexa things like "Where is the trash" and "We are ready to check out" and Alexa had no idea what we were talking about. There is no cutting board and they could also use more bowls. Each of us would have cereal in the morning and I had to do dishes each day. Lastly we were told there was only a drip coffee maker when they had a Keurig also which would have been good for us to know. It seems the property management company doesn't know too much about the actual property. Otherwise, it was a fun week and were overall really happy with the property/

Overall the time at the condo was great. Big enough for 3 teens and parents. It is right across from the beach and the intercostal is in the back. The pool was nice as well and plenty of chairs. John’s pass was only 10 min, clearwater 20 and st. Pete 30 min.

Beautiful location across the street from the beach but the unit was dirty with a bad smell of urine
Excellent location but unit was dirty, smell really bad, a lot of dust everywhere. Not returning to that property. 😕

Family Vacation 2022
We had a fun time, the place was big enough for our family. The beach is a short walk across the road. The floors need to be cleaned and the double bed needs either a better frame or just be on the floor. Overall the place was nice.

Stay was great! Only two small complaints. The extra beds (couch pull out/extra room bed) are broken down and need to be replaced. We out kids on those so it worked out. Also the beach stuff they provide for you is great except the umbrellas. They were all broken. Which i would highly suggest having working umbrellas and having shade on the beach. Otherwise everything is great and worth the amount you pay to stay!

Property was just like the pics and the surrounding area was even better. Right across the street is a beautiful white sand beach where we got to see a gorgeous sunset every evening. At the other end of the property is a boardwalk with benches and a dock along a channel. The pool is a good size and the property overall is really well kept. Big, beautiful palm trees everywhere! Good coffee and service at Indian Shores Coffee just a couple blocks away. Plenty of places nearby to get good food and drinks. Salt Rock Grill is next door, but a little pricy and service wasn't great. I recommend driving up toward Indian Rocks. Lots of good restaurants there. Overall we had a great stay! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

TV in main room did not have local broadcast channels, ESPN etc.,, not included in smart TV functions
The open/close rods on some window blinds were broken, so had to manually and gently move each louver to the open location, then close manually.
Furnishings somewhat OK but showed a lot f age,
partiularly in kitchen and dining area..
Some minor mold in shower. Shower liner streaked with soap scum.
Main bedroom bed cover had a dark stain.
Water pipes banged and made sreeching sounds when opened completely
Unit would benefit from some TLC to get a grade higher than C, tolerably dequate.
Wish I could give this two bedroom unit a higher grade. The one bedroom unit we stayed in before on this property was much better appointed.

We had a little hiccup with checking in, as our door code didn't work. Was able to contact the property manager and is taken care of right away. One of our TV's went out during our stay and they had it replaced the next day. The owner provided a wagon full of beach gear which was awesome! My only complaint was that it could have been cleaner. The bathroom was kind of dirty, the window blinds were covered in dust and there was a fan in the condo so full of dust bunnies, that I'm sure it had never been cleaned. But overall, we enjoyed the condo and our stay in Indian Shores.

Our family had such a great vacation while staying at this condo. Plenty of space for our family of five. Lovely color throughout and super close to the beach. It was so nice to visit the beach anytime we wanted without driving. The condo itself was very comfortable and inviting. There are a couple minor things that need attention but nothing that would ruin your stay. We would definitely stay again!!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very roomy with 2 private bedrooms and a third room with a bed. The pull out couch was also available for additional guests but we did not use it. The proximity to the beach was perfect! It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. This is our 4th time staying in Indian shores and we absolute love barefoot beach resorts!
