Excellent choice of breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free bikes and Netflix free with English subtitles. Rooms lage and cosy.

The rooms were lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were great. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the iced coffees! Pool was fab and nice and had shaded areas at points in the day.

Hand towels would have been good. Location-wise we had to take a Grab to the beach or the town most days which worked out fine for our family. The 2 bedrooms were not joined, they were separate rooms, which again was fine but just to be aware.

Really lovely villa with very friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked the whole villa (4 rooms) for two families and it worked really well for us. kids loved the pool and having it to ourselves. constant supply of filtered water meant we didn’t have to buy plastic bottles: Free bikes were great as it is just a 5 minute ride to the beach. It was a 10-15 minute drive into the old town of Hoi An from the villa. We used Grab which made it very easy because taxis didn’t know where it was as it seems to be a new / developing suburb.

Outdoor furniture was sparse and a little bit uncomfortable. For a group of 7 there was no great space to gather together or laze beside the pool because the design of the villa has left very little open space for furniture.

It was quiet place with nice pool, good choice of breakfast, super clean room, near to sea. Very nice host.

Breakfast was lovely. Host was very responsive and helpful with ideas for things to do. They could not have been nicer. Had towels for the beach! Water in the room, mini fridge, instant coffee and black tea. AC and fan both worked great!

The bathroom amenities were clean and good but no hand towels or wash clothes. This was very minor in the scheme of how nice everything else was.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and friendly too.

The host is very excellent. Our flight was delayed and it was about 9 plus at night when we reached the villa. All shops are closed and the host offered to cook us eggs. Also they are very responsive. Just a text and she will reply almost immediately. The breakfast is great. Cosy place.

The hot water system is quite irregular.

This villa is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. It is within a few minutes walk to the beach, but I rarely wanted to leave. The creative design (all the colors, textures, patterns) of the space was incredible. As a family of 7 we had the entire villa to ourselves and soaked up our time there. There is a restaurant around the corner and great coffee shops near the water. There is also a market close by and a basketball hoop on the street nearby. The breakfast, wifi, staff...everything exceeded our expectations. We used the free bikes to ride around the rice fields and the outskirts of town. Our only regret is we could not stay longer!

family run, very clean

We loved the place, rooms and swimming pool is definitely a plus. Breakfast and service war really good. Staff were very helpful organizing the transfer to the airport and taxi during our stay. We highly recommend. it was a great experience.

This is a beautiful little boutique villa. Wish I could have stayed longer. It is quiet and peaceful and and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Hoi An is a short taxi ride away. Very helpful and wonderful staff who will make sure you enjoy your stay. the rooms are wonderfully decorated. Best stay I had in Vietnam.

They made sure everything we need is catered for from booking tours and transportation for us to finding our lost sunglasses when we accidentally left it in one of the taxi. amazing amazing service. love the quiet neighbourhood we stayed at, felt like living with the locals but everything catered for as a tourist who wants to relax and have a good time. we get total privacy as well. couldnt recommend more!

if you refer to stay somewhere within walking distance to the old town, this is not walkable. but the host can call taxi for you and its cheap to go from the villa to old town. we went back and forth with taxi during our stay and have no problem.

it was our own private paradise. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, a short ride to Hoi An and breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is really cute and well kept, is really clean. Personnel is very attentive and helpful. Hotel is close to the beach and has many facilities.
