This cozy beach cottage is perfect! So close to the beach, shopping and several restaurants. All you have to do is bring your bathing suit because everything else is provided! Loved the fact we didn't have to take any sheets or towels! We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a fun, relaxing vacation!

Close to everything you could need or want while staying at the beach. Pet friendly with fenced yard. Our French Bulldogs enjoyed it as much as the humans. Comfortable beds and great supply of towels! Highly recommend this little beach house.

Our VRBO property (11 B Street, Unit A) in St. Augustine Beach, FL was just what was advertised. We took our two dogs with us and the unit easily accommodated my wife, my dogs, and myself. The unit is located in the midst of St. Augustine Beach. Plus, we had ready access to downtown historic St. Augustine, FL for sightseeing.

This property is in a great location and the deck was amazing. But… it needs lots of updates. The paint is peeling, the carpet is dirty, there was hair on the baseboards and the shower leaked.

Loved the cottage, the decorations and place was really lovely. The space was great (it was just 2 of us) and a short walk to the beach. It had everything I needed in terms of Kitchen, towels,..... - I have been to others that lacked in that area. Everything worked great and I would choose this place again given the opportunity.

The property was perfect! The upstairs deck along with the back yard made it so enjoyable. Only 4 houses to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The house included everything we needed -sheets ,towels ,pots and pans ,dishes and even a grill and beach chairs. The washer and dryer was also so convenient. Our dogs loved it as much as we did. We can’t wait to come back.

Location is great! Just far enough away from the tourist attractions but a short drive from the action. Many local restraunts and bars within a short walk. Very close to direct neath access.

Easy to find and great access to both the beach and many restaurants. Amenities were adequate and responsiveness of the management company was superb!

Good and easy. Perfect location. The only comment would be for them to consider changing their checking and checkout hours. Check in it’s at 4pm Checkout at 1000am Such a lake check in takes away from the day of arrival to vacation Such an early checkout puts too much stress on the people departing (specially a family with small children). Also, The backyard was shared. It’s pet friendly, but the neighbor had a dog which conflicted with the ability of having the freedom to let the dog out since the yard was not fenced to divide the two properties (townhome).

My family and I traveled from GA to St. Augustine for the first time this summer. This property was ideal since we have three under 7 and one still takes a nap. Even though it rained almost every day in the afternoons it was perfect because we timed our trips to the beach. We could go from 8-11am (before it got super hot) and then come back for lunch and movie and then hang out til we had to go back to the beach from 5-9. It was perfect! There's an outdoor shower that helps after beach trips. The kitchen is just as pictures, bring anything u need to make an awesome meal or go to Mango Mango's (my kids fav while we were there) and walk it back if not wanting to eat in the restaurant. Our time here really was enjoyable. No complaints. The deck outside of one of the rooms upstairs is awesome to chill in. The beds were soft. Totally worth what we paid for. We were looking for comfort, kid friendly, and easy beach access (we knew we would go twice a day everyday). We had no issues on exit or arrival.

Initially couldn't access property because main entry code did not work was able to reach a representative to help but none of their code selections worked either. They ended up having a locksmith come and pick the lock and program a new code in. We really enjoyed our stay at this property because of location and rental was clean and met our needs for a pleasant stay.

For beach lovers like my family, it’s a great choice. The property itself was clean and spacious. Absolutely love the deck above the garage. It is a great place to spend evenings after a day on the beach. Quaint, quiet street and dog friendly. The beach is gorgeous too. We will definitely be spending more beach vacations at this lovely place.

We had the perfect stay at Marty's property. The house is located in a wonderful area. It's a short walk to the beach and less than half a block from the delicious Mango Mango's restaurant. We didn't use our car the entire time we were there except for one quick Publix run to stock up. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals at home, and the beds were extremely comfy (especially the pillows). I loved the pet friendly aspects with a fully fenced-in, beautiful backyard for my dog to roam around as needed. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, as well as a shelf of books, were wonderful distractions when it rained one afternoon. The internet connection is terribly slow. Fortunately, I had minimal work I needed to monitor while I was there, but that was my only (very minor) complaint. I highly recommend a stay here. We had a great time!

The furniture in the living room was very comfortable, the TV had a great cable package, and the wifi was strong and flawless. The back porch is wonderful for morning coffee. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen is well equipped with good quality utensils, cookware, and dishes - all nicer than what one expects from a beach house. Location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Great spot and would return!

We didn’t find the house itself to be super comfortable for our family of 5. The furniture in the living room includes a kind of stiff couch and two oversized chairs that spin —spinning chairs are not ideal for kids— and the tile floors w no rugs was just a little cold. No complaints about the beds. It happened to be particularly bad weather during our stay (rainy and near record low temps) which kept us inside more. I think if you rented this place w good weather it would be fantastic—just not the best for being stuck indoors. I’ll also say we didn’t have the best communication from the property manager. Just a little curt and unhelpful. But ultimately we got the info we needed and the stay overall was fine, so it wasn’t anything that would keep me from recommending this place.

The location is perfect: half a block from the ocean; on a dead-end street with minimal traffic; with multiple good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained, with nice extras we appreciated, like beach chairs, a gas grill, washer & dryer. Highly recommended.
