Bad environment and the staff was behaving very rude. The room was not clean with cigarettes smell. Not recommended to anyone. Thank you

They do not provide breakfast.
This is really low end budget hotel. The walls of the room are dirty and the bathroom was also not clean. They do not have a lift. Only stairs ie not friendly to the elderly and those with mobility issues.

I hate the sinking bed. The tv is not operating. No lift.i

There is Hot water and cold water. The toilet room is ok but there is no mirror.
1. The hotel Wifi is very weak. No reception from my room. I cannot use my handphone for 3 days.
2. The tv is not working. The tv screen is broken.
3. The aircon remote sometimes not working. I hate to wake up just to off the aircon in the middle of the night.
4. There is no body jel and shampoo. Only soap was allocated.
5. The lighting system is poor.

A lot of cockroaches, not much restaurants at night.

The chinese uncle was really friendly. We visited places in mainland mostly so the location of the hotel was great for us. Quite a decent place to stay. 👍🏼
