Tout, le personnel, le cadre, la nourriture, l’accueil. Le personnel était très arrangeant, ils nous ont laissant la chambre le jour du départ jusqu’à la fin de la journée. Merci pour votre accueil

1- كان هناك عرض مظلل لوجبة الافطار ، حجزت على انه مع الاقامه ، فطلع تمويه وتلاعب ، ارجعته ادارة الفندق الى موقع بوكنج .
2- كانت تجهيزات الحمام ( لشخص واحد ) مما اظطرني لطلب بعض التجهيزات .

Spacious room, clean, comfortable, good AC, helpful staff, quick check in/check out process.
-A bit expensive for its location.
-Being inside the university borders causes difficulties entering the hotel, you can easily get lost if you are from out of town, I went to the wrong university gate and I was not allowed to enter and had to try multiple gates before realising I can only access the hotel from gate#4 and that took me 30 minutes of driving. I don't understand why they don't allow access from other gates, if I entered from gate #4 then I already am inside the university grounds so what's the point??

An very good breakfast! Wide variety and spread. Well worth the effort and money to have this as option on your stay! Staff very efficient and helpful!
Early morning check out was a little lumpy and slow. The front desk manager disappeared. Was told that the last night invoice will be mailed to me only after check out. Process can be better.
