I am so glad we found Elken Retreat and we can’t wait to stay again! The place is beautifully maintained and decorated, extremely clean, the owners are absolutely amazing, the room had anything we needed, the pool was perfect and having breakfast made the next morning was the cherry on top! Truly a fantastic place and people!!

From reservation to check out, everything was just perfect. The owners go above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay! Elken Retreat was the ideal spot for our girls getaway and we all look forward to staying again.

Sweet Little Bed & Breakfast
The best part of the stay was witnessing the love and care the owners put into their service to the guests. They were the sweetest! Yummy breakfast, great massage, clean and cute accommodations. What a treat!

We had a wonderful stay. It was so comfortable. The hosts were warm and inviting! Their home and pool are beautiful! My daughters and I had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend!!

Perfect girls’ trip spot!
Jennifer and Jason were delightful hosts! This property was exactly what we were looking for to make a canton excursion the perfect trip. Jennifer was so helpful in making dinner restaurant suggestions and then provided the most delicious muffins to get our morning off just the way we needed! We will absolutely stay again!

Relaxing stay in Canton, TX
What a great place to stay! You can really feel all the care that Jen and Jason have for what they do in all the little details from the notes they leave you to having everything set up for you when you return from a day out. If that didn’t clue you in then the wonderful homemade breakfast will! Oh! And the beds! Oh the beds! So comfy!

My mom and sisters and I stayed here for our trip to Trade Days. Close by and such a cute place. Everything you need and then some. Clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and sweet! Will come back every time!

This was the best girls trip EVER! This facility and Jennifer and Jason were the best hosts you could ever wish, dream or hope for. They even tolerated my chatty 7 year old. We WILL be back!

Exceptional
My girlfriends and I recently traveled to Canton Trade Days and chose to stay at the ElKen Retreat! We were not disappointed! The owners have done an incredible job making sure that no detail was left unfinished! They thought of everything! We were treated with personalized touches throughout and every need was met! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jennifer and her daughter during our stay - such a sweet family! Thank you again - the girls trip was incredible and this retreat was the icing on the cake!!

I really can not say enough great things about the Elkin Retreat. It’s so charming and welcoming. Jason and Jennifer are wonderful hosts. It was so nice to get to know them. They think of every detail. The breakfast was delicious both days. The retreat is very convenient to downtown Canton. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone that is taking a trip to Canton.

Great experience
3 friends and I stayed one night and spent a couple of days shopping at First Mondays. Jennifer and Jason have a perfect set up for relaxing and their gift of hospitality shows! The room is adorable with comfortable beds, the pool was perfect for the hot weather and the food was fantastic! We would absolutely stay again, everything was perfect!

Girl’s Family Trip
We chose ElKen Retreat for a short weekend trip away from the city. We couldn’t have picked a better place! Clean rooms, super comfortable beds, great hospitality, and DELICIOUS food. 😋 My Grandma was already trying to book another date to return on our first day there. We will definitely be back.

True Hospitality
If you're looking to be welcomed like a VIP, pampered like a close friend, and leave as family, ElKen is the place for you. I just can't say enough good things about what Jason and Jennifer are doing with this REAL Bed and Breakfast. They pay attention to every detail, down to makeup removing wipes and an extra toothbrush or razor.
We've stayed in probably ten different BNB type of homes, and this is our first time to stay somewhere a second time.
The breakfast is delicious. The hospitality is genuine and heartfelt. The service and attention is second to none. I could go on and on. Just stop reading and book this place!
