Wir hatten morgens den Hotelshuttle bestellt an Abholstelle für Busse(17Uhr) Nach fast 1 Stunde warten kam zufällig ein Shuttle des Hotels vorbei. Allerdings sprach Fahrer nur Spanisch. Zumutung. Schließlich bin ich in den USA,da könnte man erwarten, dass Fahrer auch die Sprache des Landes kann. So- zurück im Hotel. Nachfrage WO Shuttlebus war. Antwort: wir wären nicht dagewesen. Wir waren bereits um 16:30 an Haltestelle. Dann wurde uns gesagt, dass Shuttle an DOOR 4 war. Bestellt war aber an der Pick-Up Stelle Zone 4. Hatte extra in meinem Übersetzer im Handy genau so formuliert, dass es unmissverständlich war. Wenn Personal aber dies dann falsch notiert, bedeutet es für mich: alles nur oberflächlich- hat wohl meinen Text nicht genau gelesen. Das geht so gar nicht.

El desayuno es decente, tienen un buen café y lo necesario para quedar satisfecho (no comemos mucho en el desayuno) por lo tanto nos pareció decente

Kamer was groot. Fijne grote 2 persoonsbedden. Gelukkig geen badkuip. Het was ook schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk. Zwembad was open tot 22.00 uur. Aanrader voor de volgende keer

Quiet location and rooms fairly comfortable. Good reception staff. All day and night coffee in lobby. Good fridge, freezer and dishwasher in rooms. Plenty of plates and cutlery.

Breakfast choices rather limited. Prepreprared omlettes and breakfast muffins. Limited fruit. One flavour of yoghurt. Basic cereals. 9am finish for breakfast too early for people on holiday. Vast quantities of single use plastics used every day. Please consider use of non disposable items for the sake of the environment.

The shuttle service was horrible! We waited 2.5hrs at the airport for our pickup.

My sister and I arrived earlier than expected and the staff was welcoming and so helpful. they were helpful with info about the beaches and where to shop in the area.

I didn't like having to go the front desk to get items do the dishes and may I suggest to include a microwave dish cover for use in the microwave, plus flyers about the hotel and restaurants. bring quarters to use their washers and dryers

Duży pokój.

Na najwyższym pietrze słychać permanentne buczenie, albo to wentylacja na dachu albo maszyna do lodu. Nie pozwalał spać. Najgłośniejsza klimatyzacja z jaką się spotkałem, musiała być wyłączona aby móc spać, ale temperatura dawała się we znaki. Śniadania znośne, bez warzyw. Obsługa zmęczona ludźmi, widać to i czuć w kontakcie.

Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Es gab Toasts, 3 unterschiedliche Arten Eier, frische Waffeln, Aufstriche, frisches Obst und diverse Müslis. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war immer freundlich.

Ab und an hört man leider die Flugzeuge, aber das lässt sich direkt am Flughafen nicht vermeiden.

En general todo correcto y el personal muy atento. Tuve 2 estadías en la segunda el internet funcionaba muy bien (Habitación del frente del hotel), en la primera el internet era muy lento (habitación sector de atrás). Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y elegantes. Tiene muy completo los accesorios de cocina con cubiertos.

La iluminación no es buena en el cuarto, pero eso es algo común en general en USA. La internet depende de la ubicación del cuarto. El horario de desayuno fue muy comprimido para muchos huéspedes, por ende, quedó atestado de gente y faltaron cosas básicas como el café. Deberían flexibilizar o extender un poco los horarios cuando el hotel está casi completo.

Room not cleaned properly! The trash wasn’t taken out, the sink in the bathroom was nasty, and the sink In the kitchen area had food in it! Called front desk to come and take out the trash!

No hot water for shower AC / heater didn’t work Noise complaint throughout the middle of the night from hotel guest fighting and swearing. Dog barking across the room Asked for skillet and extra blanket at 7:30am told it will be brought up. Called after 20 min asking where it was but was told housekeeping starts at 8am but wasn’t informed at the time of request. No manager on site for the weekend to address concerns. Knew there was a problem when given Hilton points as compensation when a room comp would have been more appropriate but the front desk agent doesn’t have the power to do so. Lied about having so many options (4000) for breakfast when there were only 3 (omelette, some weird breakfast bowl and waffles.
