House was great! Back yard was perfect! Loved the pool and hot tub. There are a few things that would make it better. More seating in the family room, new pots and pans, and hot tub should be on longer than 6-10 pm

We loved our stay at this property! The backyard is amazing and the house was plenty big enough for our group of 13 (6 kids, 6 adults and 1 infant). We also loved that it was such a short distance to the beach! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helped us with any questions we had! We hope to be back!

We rented this house for a friends birthday celebration. The house was perfect, comfortable beds and spent almost every waking moment in the pool, hot tub, by the fire pit or at the beach! We rented umbrellas and chairs in front of Pompano Joes, the walk was easy and great to have the beach bar right there. We will be back!

House was wonderful and very accommodating. Had everything we needed and more. It’s about a 7 min walk to the beach. Wish it was a little closer, but the house and the backyard made up for it! The management was very prompt and easy to work with.

Home has nice size bedrooms but 1bathroom is very old and needs to be updated. Pool area in backyard is large and so is pool but both need to be update, pool has loose tiles and area around pool appears shabby, needs to be cleaned and updated. Had to call management company to clean up broken old toys, chairs and wagon. Landscape in back needs to be trimmed. Whole house needs to be painted. One can tell home has had a lot of use.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Blue Oasis! House was comfy and cozy and our whole group just enjoyed our vacation. Pool was amazing and the kids loved it! Short walk to beach! Owner was very nice and easy to work with.

This house had great space for my entire family to vacation together. We really enjoyed the outdoor setup-firepit, pool, covered sitting areas. Steve was very quick to response with any of our needs and worked quickly to get everything prepared for our stay. House is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay!

This property was perfect for our extended family of 12. Plenty of privacy for adults while all of the kids could hang out together in the bunk room. The backyard/patio is amazing!!! We used the pool everyday and the kids loved the basketball goal!! Every night, when we came home from the beach, we would enjoy the hot tub and then sit around the fire pit and roast marshmallows for s’mores. Matthew was wonderful! He was easy to contact and was very helpful if we had questions. We will definitely be going back next year!

Fantastic location! Pool was all we could ask for. Some items need upgrade. Would definitely stay here again. FANTASTIC

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. We stayed at the house next door last year which was also fantastic. When it was not available this year we found this house next door was available. The backyard is amazing. We spent most of our time there. Plenty of seating in sun and shade. Kids loved the pool. The pool is a very good size compared to other houses in the area. House is close to the beach. Definitely easy to walk to and from the beach. Really do not have a single negative thing to say about our stay. It was wonderful.

Fantastic property with a fabulous back yard retreat! Kitchen was very well stocked. Kids loved the bunk room! Plenty of towels. Bring beach towels and blankets if you prefer blanket on beds. Beds were very comfortable with the exception of the Queen bed off the bunk room. It squeezed very loudly with any movement making it impossible for a restful sleep ( but we Made due using the bottom bunk (very comfortable mattresses). Comfortable walk to beach! This is a great property and I highly recommend it!

The backyard was absolutely perfect with an awesome pool (with basketball hoop), hot tub, plenty of seating, and a gas fireplace. The colored pool lights at night are fun for an evening swim and the round outdoor gas fireplace was a favorite! Our young adults loved the bunk room (the bunk beds are good sized) with an attached bathroom. The property is conveniently located and only a short walk to the beach. We had a great time! My only concern was that I emailed and called the property owner several times to ask about the charge for the pool and hot tub heat. He finally responded 3 days before we were arriving and sent me a bill for the heat via the VRBO website. His lack of customer service was disappointing.

Awesome stay! The weather was amazing for us! The pool was so warm didn’t want to get out! The hot tub was awesome! Didn’t mind that it was from 6pm - 10pm. The house was beautiful a cozy. Will say with there were more updated small kitchen appliances but not really a big deal. The Fire pit was really nice and warm. The bunk beds we perfect for the kids. I liked that this house was on a dead end as well. No traffic coming in and out. Literally only 5 min walk to the beach and golf cart made it like 2 seconds. Alvin’s beach store is right around the corner. Just an amazing stay altogether. !!!!

We had a great stay. The pool and backyard were awesome! The fire pit was hot and a great evening hang out on chilly days. The hot tub is only hot for 4 hours every evening. It would be nice if it was on a timer switch to enjoy in the middle of the day. We had a cold weather week so hot tub would be nice all day. The sheets should be upgraded, they were cheap feeling and had a few stains. We left a phone and shorts and the owner 2 day shipped it to our home, which is amazing. The owner also came over to the house when we messed with the hot tub. Great management and stay. Thanks

I was a little frustrated because the hot tub was only heated from 6:00-10:00 pm. This was not listed in the online description. We went in November, and it was chilly, so it would have been nice to have it warm all day. I also paid extra money for the pool to be heated. For the extra money for pool the pool to heated, one would think that this would also include the hot tub. The communication with the property manager was also a little frustrating. It took multiple days to get a response before our trip, I had to remind him to send check in directions. When I spoke with him about the pool, he said he was out of town and didn’t receive the message through VRBO and that he would check it. I not only messaged him through VRBO, but also via text. He didn’t acknowledge this or take accountability. Nor did he follow up about our conversation about the heated pool. With all that being said; if you stay here, I would start the communication with the property manager right away. Overall; I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home! It seriously worked for all of us staying and there was plenty of room! The pool was amazing and such a great size! It was nice to have so many pool toys to use as well! We loved the fire pit, it was used each evening! I think the only downside would have been that the hot tub is only HOT from 7-10pm. Will hopefully be coming back!
