El apartamento está muy limpio, desinfectado y listo con un Smart TV de 55" en la sala con Amazon Prime y Netflix. Hay mucha luz natural en todo el apartamento, y se proporcionan cortinas opacas. Dos habitaciones cada una con un colchón de calidad para una buena noche de descanso. Baño muy limpio y con muchas toallas. Cocina lista con café, té, azúcar, crema y todo lo básico para cocinar. Comedor con rincón de mesa para computadora. No fumar. No mascotas. No fiestas. No grupos de 10 o más. No apto para niños y bebés. El edificio está equipado con cámaras de seguridad en el exterior del edificio y en la escalera para la seguridad de los huéspedes, estarán encendidas en todo momento. Las horas de silencio son de 9 p.m. a 8 a.m. 6 tramos de escaleras desde el camino de entrada a la puerta principal y 16 tramos del primer piso al segundo piso

My son and I stayed while attending my grandson's Navy graduation. Just a few miles away from base. Everything was clean and as advertised. Area felt safe.

David and his support staff were phenomenal. The apartment was incredible, very clean, water left in each bedroom towels on the bed. Anything that you could think of that was needed was available he even took the garbage out for us.
Every suggestion David gave us from them grocery store to the pubs were spot on we had the BEST stay ever. We made many new friends. The greatest part was being able to see are son graduate navy boot camp. David’s inspirational message every morning were always something to look forward to. David really made it special for us.
David and his support staff attention to detail the best enough said.

Nice place centralized to getting around Waukegan. Had a good experience, safe neighborhood. Didn’t feel hassled by the owner or the neighbors.
One suggestion. Mark the steps at the landing and the subsequent steps with an aluminum stair strip. Because the sensored light doesn’t come on in the daytime it is hard to differentiate the end of the steps.
Other than that. It was great.

we came up for a getaway and had alot of fun went to a concert and hung out hadfun

Everything was well kept but it kind of felt like we didn’t have much privacy. Daily messages were written right outside or door everyday and we opened a window because the apartment was too warm at a certain point and we immediately received a message not to leave the window open with the heat on at the same time. Overall all a nice stay but felt like eyes were closely on us the whole time.

It was a lovely Midwest home. I loved driving through the neighborhood on our way to our nephew’s graduation from Navy Boot Camp. The Christmas lights everywhere were fun. The hosts had easy to understand instructions for the lock and WiFi. The apartment was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not as modern as I would like. All in all it was a great experience.

This property was amazing!!! Everything offer was provided. The host even helped me load my car. Inspirational quotes every day when I came downstairs were amazing. I love the personal touch. I would definitely recommend this property and host for long or short stays.

Very clean, modern 2 bedroom apartment. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was prompt and accurate. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

Home away from home!
David was an excellent host! We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The apartment was everything we needed. Very comfortable home away from home! He left us encouraging notes each day and I got a little Mother’s Day gift that was very unexpected! We will stay there again!

Enjoyable stay
The property was very nice & had everything that we needed. The owner was very helpful answering questions quickly. We definitely want to return next year when we are out that way. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Awesome house!!
Finding this house to stay in was wonderful. The house was beautiful and the location was great. The beach was only 5 minutes away. Chicago was just over 1/2 hr and just over an hour to Milwaukee. We would stay here again. The owners were easy to contact and we couldn’t find one thing wrong. Definitely a 5 star rating!!❤️

Quiet neighborhood restaurants and shopping locations nearby. Comfortable setting.
The apartment was everything and much more than we expected. Very clean! Owners extremely quick to respond to messages. My family and I felt comfortable in the home and neighborhood. Definitely will be renting again when we return to visit our daughter.
