Loved the new boathouse and all the water toys

My husband, 2 year old and our two labs stayed at this property and had the absolute best time! Tina was an amazing host and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the morning walks to beaver beach for coffee and enjoyed the new dock! It’s spectacular. Our dogs swam nonstop and came back exhausted. They have a great closed in deck area for you to relax on and you can let the pups dry off which is key. The fire pit area is incredible and so relaxing. We also loved the privacy … you literally don’t see any of the neighbors which is nice. The only thing we missed was our king bed but the rooms are on the smaller side so totally get why they don’t have one. Other than that it was perfect! It’s such a unique place and seriously one of the best houses / lots we have stayed at. We are excited to come back!

The property is peaceful and the lake is steps away. Everything is there that you need and the house is well maintained. Loved the kitchen! Plenty to do if you have kids. WiFi works great!

There are so many good things about this place: open concept with enough kitchen space for everyone, the kitchen is so well appointed, the availability and comfort of all seating was incredible, plenty of parking, truly private property and incredible swimming area. Everything we needed we had and as a result we got to focus on being with each other as a family. House was so clean and host so communicative and generous. Would absolutely return!

Beaver Beach was amazing! We came as a group with 4 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are a little small, but the common area is big enough to accommodate a larger group. The house has a rustic lake house charm with all the modern amenities. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The outdoor space is HUGE, the pictures don’t do it justice. The boat house is stocked with tons of water toys to keep everyone entertained. The property is located down a quiet road with lots of privacy, you can’t see either neighbors house. The dock is located on a cove away from boat traffic, but the water is open and deep enough to swim.

Wonderful property and home. Nicely renovated. Lots of beautiful views. Kids 9-17 loved it. Spent a lot of time on the water and appreciating the views. Will return. Thank you.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the lake house. The property is huge with a separate beach area that feels like you're on your own island. The owners have stocked the outside with plenty of seating to relax and water toys for when you want to have some fun. The photos don’t do the updated and spacious kitchen justice! The open concept house makes it easy to hang out altogether. Tight bedrooms and bathrooms, but I’d rather the space in the common areas.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The location is perfect and the owners definitely put attention to detail as a priority. We stayed outside the majority of the time because there was so much to do and the view was excellent. The kids were in the water most of the time with all the water sport activities this place had to offer. I’m not sure if I would change anything about this house. We left more than satisfied and want to return next summer. On the first night of the trip one of the kids knocked over a lamp and broke it. We were nervous that owner would be upset so when we notified her she said to just leave the cash for the lamp and she would replace it. She reinforced to us that it wasn’t a big deal and to continue having a good time. This really stuck out to myself and the family we were traveling with. Tina was extremely kind and great to work with. Zero complaints. Thanks again Tina and co. for giving us the opportunity to have an amazing week.

This is our second summer in a row staying here, and we already can’t wait to book again next year! We traveled with family members ranging in age from 5 to 70 (and also a dog) and there truly is something for everyone. Tina and her family lovingly care for this home and their guests, and it shows!

We stayed here in 2020 and I thought the property was perfect then, but when I returned in 2022 it was even better! The property (inside and out) is so well maintained, and is truly cared for with love. The host (Tina) is really easy to communicate with. We stayed in a larger house in 2021 but came back to this home because it truly has it all.

Tina & George's home and property were wonderful! clean, bright, fabulous kitchen well supplied with all we needed for the week. the property itself was delightful, with several different areas to relax, retreat and decompress; shade and sun, woods and water, and comfortable seating everywhere. The dining area was another standout. would highly recommend the property and look forward to returning.

There are so many awesome things about this property and the stay we just had! The owner was very clear in communicating ahead of time, during the stay and also had a detailed notebook with everything we needed to know for our stay. There was thoughtful consideration put into the needs of the vacationer from the stocked kitchen, to the small touches like leaving some paper goods, soaps, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies to start us off. The outdoor areas around the property were amazing with so many separate places to relax, play and enjoy! We all enjoyed our vacation at this wonderful property and will definitely be coming back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lake Anna. The home is perfect. It is very clean and has all the amenities one would need. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped and made cooking a pleasure. The views from the home over the lake were perfect. Tina was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We rented a pontoon boat from a local marina for a couple of days and had the chance to tour the lake and do some fishing. It was nice to have the dock at the house for the boat This made coming and going so easy. We enjoyed roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in the outdoor pit. The lake frontage and beaver beach are so nice. We did not want to leave. We would love to return. It is a true gem on the lake.!!!

Our stay was wonderful, comfortable and so relaxing. Tina was responsive and helpful on the rare occasion we had a question.. I would thoroughly recommend this property as the perfect lakeside retreat. Simply lovely.

We stayed at Beaver Beach with my dog this month. The property and home are beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed and the interior was lovely. The huge windows provided lots of natural light and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed all that the property had to offer and spent lots of time in the water swimming and sunning on the dock. The paddle boards and kayaks added some adventure! Tina was very helpful and communicative. We had a wonderful time . This place is a gem and we will definitely be back!!!

I cannot say enough about this house, the owners, the location, etc. The house is absolutely beautfiul and impecibly clean. The beds were super comfy. The location on the lake was perfect. The kitchen is so well stocked that a professional chef would be impressed. The yard is HUGE and beautifully maintained. There are tons of yard toys, a canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, etc. This is not your typical rental home. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking to rent on Lake Anna. It is just PERFECT and for a bonus, the owners are super nice.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay - the home is very clean, and so well-equipped that you could very easily show up with food and clothes and never need to pack anything else. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing off the dock, swimming, and lazy evenings with the barbecue and fire pit. It's very clear that Tina and her family have created an atmosphere especially for families, and we can't wait to book our stay here next summer!

We just spent the most wonderful week at Beaver Beach! The owners have literally thought of everything to make sure adults and kids of all ages have abundant opportunity for fun and relaxation! There are so many water toys, a small private beach, corn hole boards, fire pit, board games, fishing, swimming, it’s endless! The lake views are stunning and dinners on the deck were great. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and beautiful. Everything is so clean and the beds are probably the most comfy we’ve had in a rental. Tina is detailed and communicative and the binder she’s put together has all the info you need. We rented a pontoon boat and tube twice from Dukes Creek Marina just around the corner which provided tons of fun and we got to explore even more of the gorgeous lake that way. We would absolutely come back. One of our favorite and most memorable vacations ever. Thank you Tina and George!
