The property location is very nice, a short walk across the bridge to Folly Beach. The condo was spacious and fit our family well. There were a few cleaning and supply items that were shared with the property manager, who assured us that they would be taken care of. Correspondence with the property manager was very easy and responses were quickly received. We would bring our family back again.

I am so impressed with our stay here! Typically when trying to accommodate 6 adults, quarters are cramped and resources limited. That wasn't the case at all here! We were all so comfortable and at home. It was clean, had plenty of room and lots of amenities. Communication was precise and timely. Checking in and out a breeze. And at a good value as well! We can't wait to be back!! (Also we loved the balcony/porches!)

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a pretty kitchen with ample counter space, a roomy dining/living area, a laundry room, a screened in patio and outdoor balcony. The decor is lovely. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk across the bridge (which is lighted at night) gets you to the heart of Folly Beach. Here you will find restaurants, live music, shops, and the Folly Beach Pier/Atlantic Ocean shoreline. Our favorite restaurants were Taco Boy, Martin’s BBQ on James Island, Woody’s, Pineapple Hut and the Lost Dog Cafe (delicious cinnamon rolls). It is only a 15 minute drive to Charleston. Also, the owners are fantastic. Organized- all important information was received well in advanced. Honest - home was as described which is a great value for all of the amenities and location. Communication - quick response and super friendly. Above and Beyond- we really appreciated the start up supplies after the drive across the country. Tony & Family - Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We would love to stay here again on future trips!!

This place was EXACTLY what the doctor ordered. Quiet, relaxing, and refreshing. The accommodations were great, the service was great, and the location is outstanding...close to local shopping as well as downtown Charleston. The unit was larger than expected, clean, and easily accessible. The owner was also very accommodating and responsive. I'd STAY here again if given the opportunity. My elderly Mom even enjoyed it. (It had elevator access. (even though the unit is on the 1st floor, the vehicles are parked in the basement; so you must access it via elevator or stairs).

The property was exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms made a very comfortable stay for our family. We enjoyed watching the tides change on the deck and the occasional dolphin passing by!

Farther from beach than we anticipated but it worked out. We rented a golf cart and didn’t know you couldn’t drive over the bridge until we paid for it. Would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at this property! The views were absolutely gorgeous and located in the best location…close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This place was perfect for me and my girls to stay for a beach weekend- it was about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk downtown folly 20 minutes drive or a quick uber to downtown Charleston, But the pool was perfect for days we didn’t want to walk! The condo was so spacious and fit my 7 adults with no problems. The only downside was parking was confusing, it said you need a parking pass but there was none left for me to use and communication with the host was lacking. I reached out a few times with general questions and never got a response. Luckily everything with check in and guest parking went super smoothly so it all worked out! I would definitely stay here again!

We especially liked that the bedrooms were spaced in such a way that everyone had complete privacy. The view from the screened porch was beautiful, and it was a pleasant area to enjoy morning coffee or conversation. The booking experience was great from beginning to end. The host responded to our emails and texts in a timely manner and was also available by phone. We were extremely pleased with this experience!

We could enjoy peaceful nights out on the patio looking for dolphins, and drive into the downtown area for dinners at fun locations! This property had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach toys, an umbrella, and a wheeling cart for use on the beach. So nice to use, since we didn't pack our own! Three bedrooms meant grandparents, parents, and ten year old each had a separate space. It was very nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We loved our week here and it was only about a 20 minute drive into downtown Charleston, which we explored too. Wonderful and magical experience!
