We stayed with another family of 4 (8 of us in all) and had an excellent time! Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants and grocery. Plenty of bathrooms for all and the great room had room for all of us to hang out (and watch it dump 12” of snow on May 19th!).

The main reason I chose this property was the pool. Called last week & was told that it would not open until 6/1. It is still not open. False advertising and loss of amenities as well as being lied to.

This condo is wonderful! Location location location! Walkable to everything in Breck and nice and spacious for our fam! We loved love loved our time there and can’t wait to get back. Thank you!!

This unit was amazing! It has everything we need and look for in terms of comfort, safety and location. There’s plenty of room in this amazing condo to host 10 or more people. We stayed here with just four people and had a ton of room (and additional rooms and beds that weren’t used). The owners literally thought of everything you could possibly need and made sure that it was in the unit. There’s a handwritten guide to everything waiting for you upon arrival. I love that personal touch. Reading through the book was captivating. I couldn’t believe the owner took the time to handwrite everything. They didn’t skimp on any details either. I knew where to save on ski equipment, which trails to hike and even how to deal with altitude sickness and recognize it. I can tell the owners are huge on attention to detail and I can appreciate that. The unit was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with tons of space and every utensil needed to do so. I was shocked to see seasoning in the cabinet. I feel like in most rental properties you have to purchase all of that on your own… but again they thought of everything. There were even sleds for us to use! We will definitely visit again. We can’t wait for our next stay here. Thank you so much to the owners for this wonderful space.

It was everything you could want and more. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful property, great location. Was perfect for 4 travelers, who each got own room and bathroom. Only issue the 2 bathtub showers had no adhesive. One guest fell in the shower and sustained minor injuries.

Open floor plan was great for our party of 10. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths worked very well. Location was wonderful. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

This condo had EVERYTHING (every kitchen utensil/appliance you can think of, games, fans, sleds, TV's) and was a great size for our group. Some of us used the pool, jacuzzi and fitness room almost every day. Very well located; we were able to take Free Ride or walk to almost all our activities. Overall, we had a great stay, and would rent the property again. It was immaculately clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic for skiers. The somewhat negative experiences that we had were related to communication with property manager and the front desk staff. I sent several messages through the VRBO app in advance of the trip. I asked if there was a Keurig in the unit. I was told there was only a regular coffee pot, but that turned out to be wrong. I asked about ski storage. I was given a vague answer that ended up being inaccurate. I received an email that instructed me to use a lockbox with code to enter the rental. There was no lockbox, and we actually used hotel key cards to enter. None of this was a big deal, but the lack of correct information led to some wasted time and hassle. For example, there were 7 people in our party, but we were only given 2 keys upon check-in. I was still under the impression that there would be a lockbox on the door, so I didn’t know to ask for keys for everyone. After a return trip to the front desk, we were given a key for each of us. Unfortunately, half of the keys wouldn’t work. The front desk also failed to inform us upon check-in that the key had to be used in the elevator, to get to our floor. Not knowing that led to wasted time and hassle. Because no information was provided in advance or at check-in regarding storage of ski gear, we had to carry all ski gear up into the unit the night we arrived. The next day, we were able to determine that ski storage was available downstairs, at Charter Sports.All in all, this is a great property. I think they will work out the glitches over time.

This large well equipped condo is a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift and an easy stroll to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo! There’s a great view of Peak 10 as an added bonus !
