Beautiful, clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach road in the mornings. The beds are comfortable, and the back yard is beautiful with a well-maintained lawn, very relaxing atmosphere. We really liked the landscaping lights that shine on the palm trees in the evenings, gave it a resort feel. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this house was great. Owner checked in and made things easy. Great location but a golf cart would make the trip to the beach easier. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was in great condition and in a quiet neighborhood. Was pleasantly surprised to see it in person and find that it’s better than the pictures. Beach was close and it was a safe and slow speed neighborhood, which made it great when having little kids along.
Michelle was quick to respond and helped us with everything we could have possibly needed. There was actually a tornado that briefly touched down in a golf community close by, and she took the time to text and let us know …

Walking distance to beach and a great neighborhood. Nightly walks and the kids loved the pool. Very clean and well kept, great communication from owner!

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved the backyard. The grass area was great and having shade options was a bonus for the kids. The location to the beach, stores and restaurants made it so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This by far has been our best rental. Michelle was amazing to communicate with. If I could give her 10 stars I would. House was amazingly clean. We knew this was their HOME and not just a rental. Pool heat was great and glad we did it as the weather just didn’t cooperate first few days. Everything we needed for kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc was utilized. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels. But do remember to bring your beach towels. Plenty of room for the 5 of us but certainly could see plenty of room for 10. Back yard and pool area was a huge hit. Beach is 1/2mile away. Easy 8-10 min walk. We enjoyed this property so much we already booked for next year. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home!

This property was perfect! Very clean. Necessities were provided. Excellent for those looking for a place to stay with small children, walking to the beach access, shops, restaurants totally doable. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciated. We also loved the fact that it had 2 refrigerators! Everything was top notch!!
We were impressed with how much they thought about every detail. They provide pool toys, beach equipment and baby essentials!
Our family enjoyed everything about the house!
We also appreciated the great communication with the manager and the owner. If we had a question or an issue with anything- they were right on it!! We were really impressed!!
Overall, we had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone!!

This was one of the most accommodating houses we’ve ever stayed at for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and they had so many chairs and toys in the garage!! We loved everything about our stay and the owners were wonderful every step of the way!

Awesome family home!
The house was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents and 4 children ages 2-10. Loved the floorplan with 2 living rooms (one for adults, 1 for kids). The grandparents had the
primary bedroom that was separated from my family and my brothers family. The 4 bunk beds were perfect for our 4 kids and not taking up multiple bedrooms for kids. It was a very close walk to the beach and wonderful backyard area with a pool. The owner was very attentive and the house had everything we could possibly need. The beach equipment and toys were a plus! We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

This home is beautiful and well stocked and easily accommodated our party of 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and cocktail pool were perfect. It’s only an easy10 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect Getaway!
I have been coming to Destin for around 7 years now and this property was the best I have ever stayed at and if available will be the only place I stay at. The house made my family and I very comfortable and welcome. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners responded to any question that I had immediately . The pool was clean and heated to a perfect temperature. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very nice. If you have the choice pick this property , you wont regret it.

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful home. It is very well stocked, kid friendly and very clean. They have beach items in the garage for you to use which is nice. And the backyard & pool area is a relaxing oasis. The beach isn't far, just a short walk. The owner is great. It was a wonderful vacation for us!!

While it was so nice, still very kid friendly for us as well with the pool toys, mini crib, and high chair. The walk to the beach would be ok without little ones, but we rented a golf cart. We had to drive to the public beach access further down the road and parking is limited during peak hours. But the pool was where we spent most of our time. We also went to Baytown wharf a couple of nights and it was a blast for the kids! Pompano joes is very close as well and dinner there was amazing. Overall great experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great house and location!
Lovely and clean house! Had everything that we needed. Pool is perfect, walk to beach is less than 5 minutes and the neighborhood is safe and easy to get to places.

House is as pictured and described. Great location. Safe secure neighborhood. Beach is easy walk, even with kids. Lots of extras at the house, hooks for towels, any kitchen appliance you can think of, they've got it. Pool was perfect. Great owner communication and overall experience!

Year 2's visit - even better!
This was our second year staying at this property and it was all that we expected....and more! I saw some additions to the property that enhanced our stay (e.g., air fryer and a Keurig-although we still used the regular coffee maker which was also there). The house is so well stocked and clean that it's like a home away from home! Just like our visit this time last year, Michelle was very responsive to our questions and request! It's a great property that worked our well for our family and I'm hoping to make it an annual vacation for us!

Everything was as described and photographed in the rental listing. This is was a very well equipped rental, everything you could need or want was there. Rental is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. A golf cart rental is recommended for both fun and convenience. This is definitely a repeat rental. You will not be disappointed!

Florida Getaway
We had an amazing getaway with our friends. This property is just beautiful! Exactly as it is listed. Great location to everything. Homeowner responds very quickly to all questions. Would definitely rent again! Highly recommend!

We booked this property based on all the other wonderful reviews. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have ever needed during our stay. Michelle was very responsive with the few inquiries that we made. We can't wait to visit again!

The property was clean and well kept and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The pool was relaxing during the day and evening. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space if they wanted. The owner did a good job maintaining just the right amount of contact.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this home. It had everything we needed. We loved the pool (especially the kids). The house was very clean which is very important to me (I'm extremely picky about this). The location was perfect (a short walk to the beach or a short drive to stores and restaurants). The house was cozy and really felt like a "home away from home". My family and I can't wait to return.
