Our family of 15, with 7 children 8 and under stayed in July 2023. This was the perfect location being so close to the community pool and short walk to the beach. No need to even use the tram system. It had everything we needed.

This home had it all. Well appointed for our family of 18. There is enough room to feel close, but enough area to get away from it all if need be. The rooftop deck was amazing! There are upgrades throughout and each bedroom is a master suite (at least it felt that way to us). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (we cooked every meal there for 7 days). We will stay here again (and again).

If you are considering booking the Ziggy Starfish don't hesitate and just book! The house was incredibly spacious and close to everything. We were a quick 5 minute bike to all the best shops and restaurants and you couldn't beat the pool being across the street and the beach only a few minutes walk away. Lisa and Tammi were both incredibly responsive and we are already planning our next trip to 30a - this is definitely a trip to remember and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay for our group of 15 (we could have had even more people stay with us if we wanted!).

If you are considering booking the Ziggy Starfish don't hesitate and just book! The house was incredibly spacious and close to everything. We were a quick 5 minute bike to all the best shops and restaurants and you couldn't beat the pool being across the street and the beach only a few minutes walk away. Lisa and Tammi were both incredibly responsive and we are already planning our next trip to 30a - this is definitely a trip to remember and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay for our group of 15 (we could have had even more people stay with us if we wanted!).

The bikes available were a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the rooftop deck was a great place to end the evenings. Communication with Lisa was always fast and helpful. All around excellent house!

We absolutely loved here, it fit our 3 family group comfortably. The property is directly across from the awesome resort style pool and just minutes from the beach and cute shops. The bikes available were a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the rooftop deck was a great place to end the evenings. The space was excellent with huge gathering rooms big enough for our entire party to be in one room and not feel cramped. The home was stocked with so many things already. Walk to the beach is super quick and the pool is literally eight across the street. Convenient to walk to RoseMary for dinner or hop in the car and a short ride to Seacrest (although we all agree this area is so much prettier and has more to offer than Seacrest). Home owners were very prompt in answering all of our questions and helpful before coming in giving recommendations. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a large group of parents and kids. The 3rd floor outdoor living area plus regular main floor large living area and 2nd floor area helped us all spread out when they wanted to.
Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
The location is really so nice. You can walk/bike to Rosemary in just a few minutes.

Beautiful and spacious. The online pictures don’t do this home justice. Definitely has a WOW factor! Plenty of room for multiple families and kids. Excellent location.
