There is no front desk employees after 11 pm to 7 am and no visible cameras. We booked a 2 bed queen room, but when we arrived we were split into 2 rooms. The first desk lady was very confrontational when we questioned our room change. There were people out in the parking lot just hanging out all hours of the night. Inside was terrible yelling and commotion and made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe. We felt like we were on high alert the whole time.It is not an environment for children. They also allow people to live in there. One of our rooms, the door would take a long time to lock, and you can tell that it was kicked in prior. They didn't repair the inside where it hit the wall previously. Also, there were bugs in our second room. The rooms also stunk of cigarette smoke, and our rooms were non-smoking. It was an overall horrible experience.

Not clean, no fresh towels, dirty floors, no housekeeping!

Everything was clean and comfortable.

Just one minor problem, a few little roaches running around the kitchenette and bathroom. Everything else was awesome.
