Excellent house to rent for a stay in Key Colony. Great back yard for relaxing and plenty of family room. Thanks again for having us.

Strange bedroom layout, would be better with family with kids, not four adults. Security cameras with no idea how they’re monitored. Problems with kitchen faucet, when fixed still no hot water. Dishwasher not secured in place and thermostat completely locked with no adjustment possible. Recycle bin locked and absolute minimum stock on consumables such as garbage bags and bath tissue.

We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and updated. Plenty of dishes and linens for a great stay. Manatees, jellyfish, stingrays, and sharks all visited at the back dock. The pool and beach at the cabana were clean and convenient. The owner was very responsive and receptive to requests. Would definitely recommend.

We were right on the canal, went to Sunset beach to watch the sunset, and even made Thanksgiving dinner while there. Publix grocery is not far at all, love the coded door locks (no carrying keys) and loved the three different entrances so that various parties could leave without waking the entire house up. We caught tons of fish, hot tub was great, kayaked, and there was even a blue tooth portable speaker. Access to the neighborhood swimming pool, bar and beach was a great surprise. Talk about beautiful mornings. Repeat for sure.

Home was perfect for our family of 3! Hot tub was very welcoming and a short walk to the pool/beach was amazing! Great food and staff! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at All Docked Out. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Property owner was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. Would have loved to stay longer!

We had a great stay at All Docked Out. The home had everything we needed, was comfortable and in a great location. Wished we stayed longer! Could've spent a lot more time enjoying it all! KCB is it's own little community with great roads for walking/running/riding a bike, but still close enough to everything in Marathon, and an easy drive to KW airport.

We loved our stay. The home is perfect, the location is amazing. The home is well stocked with everything you could possible need. It is a gorgeous house inside and out. We rented a boat for pedaling around and off-shore fishing. Ideal location for both. We easily walked to sunset park as well as dining and the cabaña. The property was exactly as pictured. The location is ideal at Key Colony Beach, and was easy to get to all our favorite places in Marathon. The dock side patio was perfect all day for eating a meal or just relaxing in the shade. Nice walk to Sunset Beach too. We really enjoyed the Cabana Club and swam in both the pool and ocean there. Very clean and well cared for.

The place makes you feel relaxed upon arrival. From the colors, to all the natural light in the living room and the outside area. It is hard not to feel relaxed. We had no issues and David was quick to provide assistance when requested. The house had everything we expected and needed for our stay. Only two negatives and this is our opinion, but others would find it as a positive. Thr bed had a foam layer that made it super soft. While we enjoyed laying on to relax it didn't work for sleeping. The living room rug, while fit the decor well,, was not comfortable to walk on barefoot, so we laid blankets down where we walked. But with all that said we will be back to stay during our next trip to the Keys.

Wonderful stay! The hot tub in the back is fantastic. Beds are all comfortable. The place was clean and welcoming.

Let me start with the property was beautiful and clean BUT the first night we went to take showers and found only one washcloth for 4 people staying there. When we contacted the owner, he had to check with his girlfriend and didn’t know if the cleaning company supplied them. He later replied no they didn’t. We informed him that for $225/pn at a hotel or other VRBO locations we’ve stayed in, everything is provided. He came back stating we were being rude and he’d have the cleaning people bring some. The afternoon before we left, the cleaning company brought 4 washcloths. We asked for more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels because we couldn’t find any on site. The cleaning lady informed us that we were only provided 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of cheap 1 ply toilet paper!!!! Our stay was for 5 days with 4 people!!!

The house was beautiful and the canal access was perfect since we had boats with us. Key Colony itself is a little high-strung but the owner was very helpful and communicated with me amazingly! Highly recommend for sure.

This property is gorgeous, clean and spacious. I stayed with my partner and my three adult children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor space is large and very comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a tiki for shade. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there are TV's in the living room and the bedroom. Really great location and a beautiful house.

The home was perfect for a family . The yard was quiet and you have a dock on the water . A new hot tub, nice patio and a grill . Quiet area and less than a 10 minute walk to a pool and beach club. Very good places to eat in the area . You will need a car . The aquarium was great and driving to the Keyes for shopping is less than an hour . Many fun water activities too in the area . Enjoy !

We had a 5 day stay at Key Coloney and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. the beds were so comfy to sleep in, which is hard to find in most VRBOs. We had a great view and the of the canal and even saw a cuddle fish! The jacuzzi was a great added bonus as was the fan under the shaded hut! Kitchen was very clean had everthing you needed to prepare any meal. Dishwasher was very quiet . Washer and Dryer that is located outside under carport worked fine. TV was great in family room, but we are older and couldn't figure out TV in bedroom, but we weren't there to watch TV! Clubhouse pool and bar were very nice, The beach area is small and there was a lot of seaweed, but the pool was very refreshing as were the frozen drinks! Being centrally located in the Florida Keys was a huge plus for this VRBO and plenty to do in Marathon although we did take a day trip to Key West which was a blast. The owner was very quick to respond to all questions and had good recommendation for the area. Will pass on this VRBO to friends who want to stay in the Keys and we will be back hopefully for a longer stay!
