We had a nice stay. The first 2 nights the neighbors had music blaring until 1 am. I'm assuming they were in a rental also. It was quiet after those nights. The house had plenty of room for my large family. The house is listed as sleeping more, but they charged extra before reaching whatever that amount is. We were charged extra for damage. I checked all the rooms before leaving and didn't see what they claim we damaged. Overall we had a nice family vacation.

This home was perfect and spacious for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, info was easily conveyed, and had all we needed. The home was clean and easy to find.

This home is a piece of paradise. It’s beautiful and so very clean. Feels just like home. All the beds are comfortable. There is everything we needed plus more. I have been to Florida several times and it’s been my dream for 10+ years to move there. This was my husbands second time there and because of how wonderful this home and surrounding area is he has agreed to work on moving! But until then we would definitely love to stay here every-time we come down!

My family really enjoyed this home and loved how we got to spend time in the pool, or even inside playing games. if you have kids who love board games or card games, this house has it all! The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious. Great communication, easy check in. It’s in a decent location to restaurants and beaches. Loved that the pool had a child safety gate that we could use for peace of mind with the little kids. House rules and Check out instructions were clear and super easy to follow. We had a great stay! Beautiful home. kitchen was well stocked. Lots of linens (towels,washcloths,and things) We really enjoyed the pool. The property is pretty close to everything you need. We enjoyed the place so much we are going back in June.

Had a fabulous time! Super clean gorgeous home. Contact with owner was easy and very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. More than enough room for us all. We unfortunately had one daughter and her family cancel but was pleased to see the high chair and travel crib were easy access....if we needed them. Loved the feel of the house and truly hated when it was time to go. Will be back at some point!!!! even told friends about this house!

Check in was super easy, very well equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. Dishwasher was not bolted in so had to be careful and was difficult to operate without instructions. Other than that our stay was awesome and we had a wonderful vacation in Florida 🤩Thank you!

This property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean. The pool was fabulous for our family of 7. We had planned to spend time at the beach, but our kids preferred the pool over the beach. Amy was a fantastic host and went of her way to answer a few questions we had about the area. You will not be disappointed in this property!

We had a great time. The pool was so nice. Whoever was there before us did not take the trash to the curb, clean the grill. cover the grill and the pool area was dirty. We did all that no big deal.

Great vacation. House was as listed. All the amenities you could ever need and very clean. Pool was great, spent lots of time there as a family. The publix near by was very handy. Amy was great to work with. Always very accessible. Would recommend to others for sure !!

A very comfortable home. We had a perfect stay. The house is very well equipped, there is everything you need. We cooked at the house every day. Mrs. Amy is a friendly host and quickly answered all our questions.
This house is truly special and it’s a privilege to stay there.

Everything was just as described, and Amy was great to work with! My purpose for this day was due to damage at my property Hurricane Ian end it was great be in a couple minutes from being on the island from my travels back-and-forth to take care of things. Just wish I could’ve used the pool more but I was very busy dealing with contractors, etc..

This is a great place to stay while in the area. Close to Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Easy Check-in and out process. Enough sleeping space for a large group. Property manager is great with communication. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful Cape Coral home
We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. This rental was perfect for our group which included 4 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room, the pool was perfect, there were lots of unexpected amenities (like towels, pool toys, bikes, and a grill), and the house was very clean. I would definitely stay there again!
