Great location with amazing views

Staff of building were very rude (main lobby), there weren’t enough towels for the amount of people booked. There were also plenty of rules, would rather pay the same amount or more to stay in a hotel or more established residence apartment.

Beautiful high floor with top notch appliances and spacious living room and bedrooms. Check in process was a bit confusing as the direction was not clear, thankfully our korean-speaking friend helped us out. Location is right on the beach and minute walk to it. Great restaurants around the area. Some of the amenities were restricted to us.

the location was perfect. it had incredible views. it was clean and spacious.

It was difficult to contact front desk service. we asked for towels but they never came. The property had a gym but it was not accessible to us. I’ve never had an experience where the gym is not available for guests. It was only for “elite” status.

We had booked a junior suite with ocean view, which had two bedrooms (one double, ensuite and one single with a bathroom next door). It was practically a very big apartment with all needed facilities, very clean and a really great view at the sea. It does not have much personality in terms of decoration (think of it as service/corporate apartment) but it was very functional, few minutes walk from the beach and the blueline park. We had a car and it was also great that we could park at the garage for free. The staff was responsive through the booking app. Overall, we would stay there again and thought that it offered very good value for money.

As others have said, finding the reception is not straight-forward (it's not at the entrance of the building) and it would have been helpful to send instructions in advance on how to reach the reception.
