This property is great for a large group, it has enough room for 20 or more, our group of 16 were satisfied and comfortable. We really had a great time, specially at the theater room, is huge. We definitely will book this property again.

We stayed at the house it was very nice and clean was in a great location easy to find

We had family from TX, CA, AL, IN, and OR the size of this house was perfect for all adults and 1 teen. It’s close enough to the strip but not to close. My only suggestion would be there needs to be starter stuff. Every other house I have stayed at has a small amount of laundry soap, extra trash bags and more blankets this house didn’t have anything.

Property was well described through VRBO. Very convenient legal to everything. Just a short drive to Dollywood in Splash Country.

We loved the house and with the 2 bedroom annex there was plenty of room for the 18 of us. But there was a damp musty smell in the annex plus mold in the shower. TVs in several bedrooms did not work and one of the dishwashers did not clean well. Location is near busy street and airport so it is rather noisy when sitting on the deck in the evenings. Site is definitely not ADA friendly: very steep walkways and steps. Location is great, easy access to all activities, groceries, shopping, etc. Would I stay again? Definitely!

The property was a nice and beautiful one, the experience gets a 10/10

Every other year our family rents a house. While we originally booked for last Summer, the owners were gracious to let us rebook for this year. Overall, the house was very nice and had all the basic amenities we are looking for. You can also tell they’ve recently renovated parts of it, so that was nice. I would highly recommend. However, I would like to just flag a couple things about the house as suggestions: - Both of the rooms in the detached garage did have a moisture problem. We ended up buying something at the local Walmart to help absorb some of it (plus we bought an electric scent defuser), so that helped. - The kitchen had most of the items needed. However, they were missing some of the basics like measuring cups and spoons. - We had a few things break while there (microwave, a TV wasn’t working, the fridge drawer, a nail poking out of the stairs). However, they were quick to come look at the issue and fix it they could. - Call us old school, but we were slightly disappointed that the movie room didn’t have a DVD player. Fortunately, they equipped it with a Roku, so that helped us watch at least a movie in there.

This property was clean and comfortable for our family (two sets of grandparents,parents, adult siblings and groomsmen). The wedding was in Knoxville so it was a 40-50 minute drive but we wanted a large place so we could eat and hang out and it was very nice. We had 15 people staying and one evening had a casual dinner for extended family and bride’s parents and sister and had plenty of room. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking tools and plates. Everyone had space and it was a pleasant neighborhood.
