This villa was very clean and very nice to stay in. Tom was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. The check-in and check out procedures were very well spelled out. Communication was very good!

Could not use the daybed which w needed. The room it is in was too musty to use. Even with the door closed

Beautiful, wish we could have stayed the full time. Had to head back to Michigan 2 days early. Only draw back is having to wash sheets/towels. That put a little damper on the "vacation" aspect.

My adult son and I stayed at the Viginia Trace for a few nights in early Sept 2023 as I wanted to check out The Villages as a retirement location.
I give the unit and its Host a well deserved 5-Star rating for its condition, cleanliness, location and the Host's attentiveness. This short stay was a perfect solution for our needs and a far better selection than any nearby hotel.
Heartily recommend you consider this property for your stay in The Villages.

Very clean, great kitchen, lots of extra supplies. The bed very comfy. Use of golf cart. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to pool and Sumter Village. Owners very nice and responsive for questions. Thank you, we enjoyed your home and our stay.

We found this Villa last minute for a stay in the Villages. We were drawn to the Villa for the extremely close location to the Sumter Landing Sq part of the Villages. We also liked that it came with a golf cart. We could not have been happier with the location, and beauty of the Villa. Check in was super easy. I would rent the Villa again if the occasion arose. We only used the king bed but it appears to sleep 5 or more people comfortably. We liked that a grocery store was very convenient as was the town square with lots of eating options...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our villa in the villages.
The villa is furnished nicely and is supplied with everything one could need.
We were happily surprised with the quality of the appliances, dishes, glasses etc.
The location is ideal for enjoying all the entertainment the villages has to offer.
We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Everything was great. Property owners had all the little extras that you might need there and clear descriptions of what you need to do. I did not understand how important a golf cart was to have in the Villages before we were there. Now we know we will always want one when we visit. Thank you for an enjoyable stay we will be back.

Very nice Villa in a great location. Air conditioning and ice maker worked great. Enjoyed the use of the golf cart.

It was just me in the rental. Better communication about guest passes would of been good. Who knew I would of had to experience a hurricane during my stay. Other than that my stay was very pleasant.

Nice 2 br close to Lake Sumter Landing. Everything was as described.
The only heads-up I would give, which they are very fair about giving warning of, is that they do expect you to do more cleaning on exit than most VRBOs (e.g. change the sheets, where most places just expect you to, at most, put the sheets in the laundry)

Second visit to the villages staying at this property. The house is well equipped for a great stay. The nightly entertainment is just a golf cart ride away very close. Enjoyed and looking forward to next stay.

My wife and I were very happy with our Vrbo experience with our stay in the Virginia Trace neighborhood of The Villages. The house was neat, nicely decorated and in a great location. Also, the homeowners were very nice and easy to work with. We look forward to our next visit to The Villages and all that it has to offer!

Great Experience
This was our first trip to The Villages, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. This home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our relaxing stay. Thanks to the property owners for so promptly answering my many questions. We hope to return next year!

The fenced in yard worked perfect for our dogs. The unit was very nice and clean. It was very close to Sumter Landing. The restaurants and shopping were within a couple minute ride by golf cart. Enjoyed the music every evening.

Had to come as my mom as her health is in decline. The home provided comfort and everything we could have asked for. An emotional trip was made easier by having such a relaxing place to come back to each day. The management of this home is excellent!
