Our stay at Studio 1080 was an absolute delight. There were so many thoughtful and luxurious details - heated bathroom floor and towel rack, heated toilet seat, espresso maker, incredibly soft bath towels and robes, a very comfy bed, etc etc. I could go on and on. In addition to this, the view is amazing, and the patio was so tranquil and relaxing. We relied on Uber during our trip for transportation, which was very easy, and although we were up in the hills, we were able to quickly get around to other places in the city. Don't hesitate to book Eric's property - you won't be disappointed!

Studio1080 is a delightful stay! Very efficient design with terrific luxuries, and the patio is cool, quiet, and peaceful - adds to the tranquility. I'd gladly stay here again!

From the moment we entered the property we knew that Studio 1080 was a very special place. The view, the patio, the interior design exceeded our expectations and truly provided us the perfect LA experience. Eric took great care to all the details of the apartment and was helpful with our small challenges. A wonderful host in a magical place! We would stay here again without hesitation. I can’t say enough about this property. Eric was wonderful. The check in and check out was a breeze. I’ve never stayed in such a clean place before. The technology is amazing!! The view is to die for. Location is close to all activities, yet far enough to be relaxing. I would highly recommend!!!!

We loved every minute of our stay in historic Laurel Canyon! This place had over the top amenities that absolutely enhanced our stay and the place could not have been cleaner. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Loved the views of LA, “fancy” coffee, comfy bed (which my husband positively referred to as the “cocoon”), great kitchen, sound system, and cozy patio. The location was perfectly near the sights of Los Angeles while providing an “oasis”above the hustle bustle. Attended a concert at The Hollywood Bowl, ate and shopped at the Original Farmers Market, drove to Malibu, S. Monica, Rodeo Drive, Mulholland Drive, etc. Also highly recommend Pace, an Italian gem right in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The host Eric is super responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing place with us. What a relaxing trip.

Eric’s studio 1080, tucked away in the most breathtaking picturesque location in Laurel Canyon/ West Hollywood, went above and beyond my expectations. Eric was probably one of the best hosts I’ve ever had and I’m an avid renter! You can feel the love and care that went into the place, Eric literally thought of EVERYTHING! And the Alexa is too cool recommend everyone staying in the future to play around with that! He gave great recommendations, respected our space/privacy (felt like I was staying at a private bungalow not attached to someone’s home... that’s how private it felt! ESP. The private stairway in and out of the studio which is also designed and done to the finest degree.) overall this was above a 10/10 stay! The bathroom was huge and one of the best showers I’ve ever used. Little touches everywhere. And, of course, last but absolutely NOT least is the view which was breathtaking and magical! Whether you are enjoying the view inside or outside on your gorgeous private huge balcony it always brought a huge smile to my face. Am looking forward to coming back here next time I’m in the area! If you’re on the fence about where to stay... book this place! You will not regret it!

We stayed at 1080 for an entire week while I recuperated from a surgery. Accommodations where perfect for my recovery. Quite, tranquil and absolutely a stunning view. Eric was a fabulous host!

EVERYTHING about this place was absolutely PERFECT! The bathroom , the view , the bed , all to die for !! The pictures are amazing , but in person everything is SO much more gorgeous if thats even possible! Eric was very fast responding, very helpful and kind! He makes you feel so welcome! Very relaxing stay.

had a great time at this magical studio in hollywood hills. was so fun for my first experience in California. The host was amazing and had great communication with us. Everything was perfect, other than the stares we got walking around the neighborhood, but other than that everything was perfect!

The accommodations here are somehow minimal and plentiful at the same time. We had everything we needed to feel at home, but it was very clear that we were staying somewhere very special. Eric is reliable, kind, caring, and thoughtful. His communication is thorough and he gave us exactly what we needed to arrive, stay, and depart all on our own. Studio 1080 exceeded our expectations and I’m looking forward to coming back one day. I’m sincerely grateful for your effort and care Eric. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Eric did a fabulous job of making it so comfortable and provided extra details and small touches that make his place a cut above others! The bed was super comfy, but the bathroom was to die for! Heated floors, towel rack and toilet seat were a dream!! Unfortunately the smoke from recent fires clouded the beautiful view of the city and hills like in the pictures, but it was still beautiful regardless. Quiet and peaceful with lots of class! You’ll definitely enjoy and it’s close to a lot of the great things to do in the area.
