We had 5 in our group, there was plenty of room for sleep. There was a beautiful living room right at the kitchen with a fireplace that was so relaxing. Cabin was very clean and organized. The hottub was clean and just like the pictures showed. We will go back and if this place is available we would all stay there again.

Location is excellent! Just few miles from everything! Even learn you can park at the Smokey Visitor Center, ride FREE Trollys to Gatlinburg drops you off at the aquarium! Saves on paying for parking! Another Trolly takes you to Pigeon.
Cabin is rustic and unique. Had no problems. Yes has a slight smell, but honestly just opened doors for a few minutes an was gone.
Only slight downside was beds. They are a little on extreme firm side, maybe a topper would help.

The property is very quaint. It’s a good concept, but this particular unit is very poorly taken care of. Don’t mistake old for rustic. The living room furniture was uncomfortable, worn and not very clean. The bedroom mattresses were harder then the floor. Ceiling fan downstairs was broken.We were told we could use apps on tvs. We could not on living room/common room. Internet was terrible. Fireplace down in the living room wouldn’t light so we weren’t able to even use for ambience. dead bugs in the basement room where the bedroom and bathroom area are downstairs. Doors didn’t close properly, doors didn’t lock properly, overall just a very non-updated unit that needs to be a little bit more Better taken care of. We were also charged a lot of money for a cleaning deposit but as part of checkout we were required to load and run the dishwasher, empty refrigerator, bring all towels downstairs, put everything exactly as it was and empty all trash cans and take with us to an outside trash receptacle. Place smelled very muggy and musty.Also walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors snoring ALL NIGHT long. Would not recommend.

It was not very clean. The hot tub outside smelt like mold, and when you got into it nasty stuff from the bottom came up. You can tell it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We found dirty socks in the cabinet. The pans and utensils were not cleaned from the last use. The upstairs jacuzzi did not work. The main floor bathroom sink was infested with large ants. Also, it's a duplex which is not mentioned in the description. The commutation with the host was poorly. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.

The cabin was perfect for our family of adults & teens. Had everything we needed and room to spread out. The location was great being able to hop in Teester and bypass the parkway when we wanted to. The main beds were a little firm for our liking but did the job. Jacuzzi didn’t work upstairs, didn’t try downstairs, however who cares when you have a hot tub to enjoy!?!? But best of all was communication, we left a piece of medical equipment and the owner had housekeeping find it and owner mailed it to us the next day.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was close to everything and perfect for my crew. Kids loved the jacuzzi and the basement. Pizza joint across the road was delicious! The only downfall is that you can hear the neighbors every move, but we had kids as well so it wasn’t any bother to us. We will definitely come back!

We loved this cabin it's cozy and very clean. Big enough for a group of 5 people. It's in a great location close to Food City and The Island. Communication with the owner is great. I rented this cabin to surprise my mother for her birthday with a weekend getaway. I asked the owner if they could decorate the cabin and they did for a fee. The only had 2 minor things we had issues with one was the TV/ Wifi, it kept freezing and it would blackout. 2 was that there was a car parked in front of the cabin that never was moved (not the owners fault). Overall we enjoyed our stay and the coziness of the cabin. Last thing in the listing does not mention that it's not a individual cabin it's a duplex. So expect to have noisy neighbors. Had a great time!

The property location was good, and property overall was nice.
The cons:
-The basement bed is not a king, and is not comfortable
-Nowhere to put clothes away downstairs; no drawers/closets, etc.
-Blow dryer doesn’t work
-The downstairs sofa bed is unsleepable/broke
-No sofa bed or futon upstairs
-Upstairs jacuzzi doesn’t function
Again, location and cabin overall is nice, but I wasn’t able to get a good night sleep while I was there.

Good location, close to Parkway and Dollywood for our short trip. Gas fireplaces were welcomed during the chili weather. Separate bedroom areas were perfect for our multi-generational family. Clean and cozy.

Very clean home in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Very responsive host. Loved our stay. Note: this is a duplex and wall between is not very sound proof. So you may hear TV, Radio, and video games from neighbor.

Cabin was great. There are a few minor things that were communicated, but overall great place.
Cabin was a great place to stay. Description on site I didn't necessarily mention that it was 3 stories, where one of the bedrooms is on the lowest level and the highest level for the other one. Also if you mind your things was the cleanliness of the hot tub. My children used it one night and really smelled of mildew the following day. Outside of these few things it was a great experience overall. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and the rest of the house accommodations was very nice. Decor was great as well and made you feel like you were at home.

This was perfect for our granddaughter get-away. Lots of space and bedding options. Amenities were great (wish I'd known there was a Keurig but it was fine, there was a regular coffee pot too). Could hear road noise but we knew we weren't tucked away back in the mountains. Very close to the stuff we wanted to do. Beds very comfy.

Close to everything
Great place with lots of room for the family. Close to all activities in town. Contact with the owner was easy and responsive. Ran into some hiccups and the owner was on it quickly. The downsides were out of the owners control. It is a duplex and neighbors were noisy. Convenient to town, but also hear the constant traffic from the road below. Came during car show time and loud cars driving around all night. Overall a great place.

Pigeon Forge Cottage
My Family and I just traveled to Pigeon Forge for Spring Break. This cottage offered plenty of space for our large family. The cabin itself is a condo, meaning you share neighbors on the other side of you. You could hear the neighbors at times, but not that often. I know some other reviews state neighbors were Loud but i think it honestly depends on who is staying in that cabin during your stay. We had No issues. The outdoor pool was not open, yet but with a short dive up the hill- you can enjoy the Indoor pool in which our kids loved. Cottage is close to All Main Attractions and very easy to get to. There was a few things that were not working properly (jets in upstairs bathtub and the plug in downstairs bathroom) but nothing that would affect our stay. I notified the Owner and he was very prompt in response. Overall, we had a Great time in the area and the cabin was a great stay. The owner provided some Laundry detergent, sheets and blankets for bedding as well as towels for your stay. I would Highly recommend.

It was great to spread out. There was lots of room with 3 levels in this charming duplex. Neighbors were loud at times. The view was beautiful. We loved the hot tub!!!

This cabin has everything you need including a high chair and even a guard rail for stairs which was super handy for my one year old and the stairs. The location is a amazing!!! I was a little upset bc I had no idea it was a duplex and I did not see that on the listing anywhere but it wasn’t a super let down. The biggest downfall is the walls are super super thin you can literally hear your neighbors convos. Overall a great cabin with so many great amenities and the host responded to all my questions within minutes!

The biggest downfall is the walls are super super thin you can literally hear your neighbors convos. Overall a great cabin with so many great amenities and the host responded to all my questions within minutes!

The space was great and close to town but the wall shared with neighbors seems a bit thin... The neighbors were very loud and kept us up all night.
