Beautiful condo, but needs routine maintenance. We were disappointed with the following: 1. There is no lock on the exterior sliding glass door. We had to request maintenance to cut down the stick in place to keep the door in place and the staff member seemed bothered by our request. I realize it is on the second floor, but not having a working lock on an exterior door is a bit unnerving. There is also no exterior screen on the door if you wanted to listen to the ocean. 2. Not a single outlet works in any bathroom to blow dry your hair. 3. The upstairs guest bathroom toilet runs constantly. 4. The sheets in the master bed were stained. They were obviously cleaned but there was some sort of permanent stain that could not be removed left on them.. pretty gross. 5. The shade on the sliding glass door has no mechanism to wind up which makes it difficult to have shade or privacy at certain times of the day. Overall it is disappointing to pay that amount for a place that has not been maintained.

The kids loved being so close to the pool and beach. They met lots of new friends and had a blast.

We loved our stay. It was a nice gated community and easy to get to. The beach access was great as well as the view from our balcony.

Wake up to the sunrise out you window. Right on top of the beach, good stairs. Good walking Beach.

This was our 3rd time staying at Sunrise Terrace and we book our 4th stay next June! The home is always clean and comfortable! Great location with amazing views! The ITrip Vacations management have been professional and easy to communicate with. I cannot wait until our next stay at Sunrise Terrace!

This property was phenomenal! Communication was great and we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in. We walked into the property and were immediately amazed at the view. Beautiful sunrises each morning to gaze at from the bedroom window, and perfect location to sip our morning coffee from the deck. The beaches were not crowded at all either! There were days we felt like we had the run of the beach. With our kids we could quickly get to the beach or 2 pools without a long walk which was perfect for small children. We loved not being in downtown St. Augustine but we were close enough we could get there and to numerous restaurants with just a short drive. Our hot water did go out one morning but they came out the next morning and promptly corrected the issue. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Sunrise terrace was all that was promised with a few surprises - the wooden chest full of games, some movies and a puzzle were great for rainy afternoon entertainment - the place was clean and very convenient to the beach which was not crowded which we love - property manager was great with communication - only downside was my girls said twin bed mattresses were not very comfortable - will definitely visit again

6th Trip to Summerhouse! 1st with ITRIP ALL GOOD ….. ITRIP makes it easy ! We will be back!

We loved this property. Reserved it more or less at the last minute and it went well beyond expectations. Modern, clean, tasteful an unbelievable view. You are right on the ocean.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy access to beach. Comfortable king bed. Communication with rental company was super easy and they were extremely helpful. Loved this condo and would definitely stay again!

My family of four loved this rental! The decor is beautiful and the condo has everything you need. The views are just as pictured - absolutely stunning. You can not be closer to the beach! This unit was extremely clean and the pride of ownership is evident everywhere you look. Nice beds, beautiful art work throughout, a great toaster and kettle, nice dishes, Tupperware and all kinds of glasses, great beach towels and bath towels. The pullout couch has a memory foam topper ( stored in one of the closets) that makes it wonderful to sleep on! Two good beach chairs and boogie boards were provided. You are about a 15 second walk to the pool from this unit and the other pools are very close too. There are four pools total so if one is too loud you can simply walk to another. They are heated nicely. We never found the pools to be too crowded. The complex itself is maintained beautifully - very pretty flowers and great landscaping. The beach is simply amazing. Very wide at low tide and shallow water for a good distance so it feels very safe and it’s still fun for jumping waves etc. The sand is very soft The area also has amazing restaurants. I never saw one bug the entire week in the unit. Not one... and I’m the type who looks in every dark corner and under every cabinet. Parking is right outside the unit. You do need to climb one flight of stairs as this unit occupies the second and third floor. We are already planning our next trip and will book this unit again. The only things that could be improved - and this is being very picky- would be to have a few throw blankets around and maybe a pizza cutter :).

The condo is located on the last bit of developed beachfront before Matazas National Preserve, so it was not as busy or trafficked as most ofthe other beachfronts. We liked it being less populated! There was ample parking and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. Fort Matazas park is just across A1A and we enjoyed a day there as well as many sunrise watchings and mellow walks on the spotless beach. It's a great place to vacation and we would return again. Note: if walking is an issue, there are rather steep stairs both to get up to the unit and then to get to the upstairs bedrooms - no elevators.

Four adults were comfortable in the unit which was tastefully equipped with all we needed to relax and enjoy the Florida sun on the adjacent beach, by one of the several pools, or lounging on our balcony. For exercise, there were many local golf courses and the property featured multiple tennis courts and an active pickleball community. The few minor issues we brought to the attention of management were promptly and professionally addressed.

The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay but the issue we had was roaches. The owner needs to fumigate asap before there is a terrible festation. Never experienced this at Summerhouse before. Other than that we love Summerhouse.
