Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. This unique house was the perfect spot for a friend and I to enjoy the city for a couple of nights. It is in a great location in short walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Owner and location great--owner very accessible and helpful. Location in historical area wonderful, walkable. Could be so much more though. Overall: No wifi info (when we got it, it did work great), no trash disposal info or outdoor trash receptacle, no info that there were cameras plugged in top and bottom floors. TV was private subscriptions only. No infor on local attractions or distances--even brochures would help Kitchen: No utensils of any kind, no silverware, only two sets of plastic in otherwise empty drawers. Old rotten sponge. Kitchen sink old and chipped and dirty. No garbage disposal. Moldy coffee filter in pot. Floor dirty. New stove, oven and microwave. Bathroom: One old piece of used soap, tub dirty--not moldy but I wouldn't want to sit in it for a bath. Two towels for two people over three days, one hand towel. Sink faucets had missing or loose labels--none for hot loose for cold. Toilet seat very loose and slid around. Floor dirty. Molding poorly painted. Courtyard: Could be great, but...outdoor table old and questionable stability as fourth chair was broken apart and laying against the house. Pile of loose unused mulch next to the gate. My wife did not like the cameras or blinking blue lights on the AC unit--she thought it was suspicious.
