I don't expect perfection. But as long as a place is clean well kept it's good this place was clean it was well kept the views of the gulf were fantastic. And right on the beach I love waterscape. The problem we had was the washing machine was broke but that won't keep me from going back and the ice dispenser on the refrigerator didn't want to dispense. But no problem there I just reached inside and got my ice. I really recommend this place.

Waterscape is wonderful but this time we were without a washing machine the entire time with 6 kids! They did offer to do our laundry but couldn't tell us when it would be back. My kids were not okay with that.

Loved the view. Beds were comfortable. Huge jetted tub and large shower in 2 bathrooms.

This was our 3rd time staying at Waterscape. We love it there! The best pools and easy access to the beach are perfect for families. We were not thrilled with this particular room. The view was beautiful but we had several issues during our stay. The bunk bed mattress had a large stain soaked in. When I called, they said housekeeping would look but they never came and honestly it needs to be replaced, it's not something housekeeping can fix. Also, every afternoon the room would reach close to 80 degrees. We kept it at 65 to try to lower. It never lowered past 74 even with doors closed and the curtains pulled. Someone did come to look at it, but it continued doing it daily. Overall not the best place to stay. Would recommend Waterscape but will be staying in a different room next time!

Very nice location, beautiful views, Nice resort. For the money paid though, furnishings were bare bones. No hairdryers. Very little in terms of decor, barest minimum utilities in kitchen. For the price, would have liked a little more amenities.

Beautiful vacation condo
We absolutely loved this condo. The views of both the beach and the pool were amazing. Sitting on the balcony was a treat. It was so nice having a kitchen, large table, washer and dryer, and 3 toilets /2 showers.

This was a great condo! Everything was stocked very well stocked-silverware,dishes,towels,broom etc. It was also VERY clean and the staff at Waterscape did a terrific job.
You can tell the owners take pride in their unit and keep it up. The patio furniture was even awesome. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing views!
The views of the gulf were so beautiful!! The unit was very nice overall. We had an issue with the DVD player and Vacasa sent a new one out within a couple hours. I would recommend providing more than 2 standard size pillows on the king and queen size beds. 4 is really the standard. Please add luggage racks to all units in the bedroom closets. This is really a safety measure as suitcases should never be put on the floor (germs, viruses, bugs) and they don’t cost much. The furnishings were updated and nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week away with our kids
We are a family of 6 and had a great stay in the unit for the week. The unit itself was very nice. I would say that it could use some updating as there were apparent signs of wear and tear. Some aspects of the condo appear to have been updated, but other elements looked to be original and were showing their age. The furnishings were very simple and basic but for our family who has four small children, we were actually happy about that. The condo was clean and the view was the star of the show. Waking up to the ocean waves and beach view every day was perfection. We also loved overlooking the pool, we didn't ever think noise was an issue at all. In fact, mid week some really nasty storms came through the area with gale warnings and tornado warnings and we could barely hear the storm outside and felt very safe while there. My only complaint about the condo was that there are no screens on any of the doors that open to the balcony. With four small kids, I would have liked to have been able to open the doors to the balcony and have the reassurance of screens, but that was not an option (to be fair though, I have no idea if this is specific to the condo we stayed in or if this is true of all condos in the complex). And because of that we never felt comfortable keeping them open at night. We had to be very cognizant of when the doors were open and a sharp eye on any of our little ones going out there. The complex was great - the pools cold for this time of year though. We didn't realize only one pool is heated so that is something to be aware of if we return. With the weather being in the low 70's, most everyone staying there gravitated towards the one heated pool. But the pool area was clean and there was something for everyone. We loved going to the beach and having access to beach chairs and an umbrella every day. Overall, it was a great getaway and we would come back in the future for sure. As an aside, Vacasa and management for Waterscapes was incredibly responsive to any questions and while we didn't have any maintenance issues while there, I imagine they would have been super easy to work with if we had. Check in and out was a breeze and I was very impressed with their attention and responsiveness to concerns. Thank you again!!

Experience over all was amazing. Pool, lazy river and splash pad was more than we expected it to be. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely will be back!

This home had an amazing view. We could see the water and the fireworks off the pier. The beds were comfortable and the pools are amazing. I definitely recommend and will be booking again.

I have stayed at this family oriented complex multiple times, always with visible security, until this year. Never before have drinks been allowed IN any of the pools or lazy river, or even within a certain distance at poolside. Unsupervised kids were actually pouring out canned soft drinks into the lazy river and tossing the empties on the grounds.
10pm quiet time is a joke here now, rowdy parties and BLARING music until security could FINALLY be reached to address. Broken, jagged and rusted patio chair on the balcony, toaster in the kitchen broken and the clothes dryer makes an awful sound if run for back to back loads. Bring your own cleaning supplies - dirty foot prints on the shower floor, and long hair plastered to the shower wall. Waterscape is not the place it once was !

The condo complex is wonderful. We had such a fantastic 5 days there. B 504 was very comfortable with a lovely view. 5 stars across the board. We loved it.

Two main reasons I will rent this unit again...
1) The view is AMAZING
2) The ease of getting to the pool and beach.
Our family had an amazing trip and this unit was perfect for what we needed! Love the large bathrooms as well!
