I have stayed at Palacio many times throughout the years; however, I found this unit to be lacking compared to other units. The beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen did not have any cloth potholders, dish clothes, and only two dish drying towels. The skillets all desperately need to be replaced. There was no broom to sweep the floors. I did use the vacuum to vacuum sand, but my legs were immediately covered in sand when I turned on the vacuum cleaner. There was a dustpan and what appeared to be a broken broom head, but it was extremely difficult to use. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay at Palacio again!

This was the first time for us staying in this home in Perdido. It is very beautiful and spacious when you walk in but there are a few things that need some TLC. The bottom rack of the dish washer was a pain. Could use a few more chairs on the deck, there was only 3 and there was 8 of us. The beds on the middle room were hard, I ended up sleeping on the couch every night. Ice maker didn’t work. Other than those few things it was a very nice home and had a over all good stay there. Some positive points, the staff was nice! Loved having two chairs and an umbrella included in our stay, and the parking was not bad. Elevators were very quick. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Tons of pillows!! They had games and books for the kids. Beautiful view of the city! Over all we liked this home. Would stay again.

This corner unit condo is a short walk to a couple restaurants and shopping and also a short walk to the beach so no need to get back in your car once you are there (aside from a trip go the grocery). The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfortable and the views are amazing. There was a list of restaurants along with menus provided and there is even a food delivery service the area uses that will deliver food to the unit. We had a great time and plan on staying again!

I’m very sad to leave this review. The condo is beautiful. This was our second stay.

Our experience with the property was very different this time. The property has attracted a lower class clientele … they can afford it because they’re stacking their rooms with friends and family, splitting the cost. Lots of smoking, cursing, drunk adults blaring their speakers and vomiting in the elevator. One guy’s speaker was DJ quality … huge. Security let him rock on. I want to hear the ocean. Not Kid Rock. Maybe Jimmy Buffet on my tiny personal speaker, pointed directly at me so no one else can hear it.

I want to leave my door open at night, smelling the salt and hearing the waves. Not a rager, with cigarette smoke wafting into my room.

We will not be back.

We haves stayed here many times over the past several years, and this year was a total disappointment . The furniture is in dire need of being replaced. It’s dirty, and uncomfortable. The rugs need to be washed. I washed 3 while I was there just because I didn’t want to stand on them dirty. Patio furniture is not comfortable, and there is no table or enough seats for a family of 5. Beds are worn, headboards constantly hit the wall every time u roll over in bed. And we had roaches. Whether they came from another unit, or this one, it was gross . It was our last night there, the only night we shut the kitchen lights off. Then to come back from dinner, turn the light on and find them on the counter and the floor. Thank god it was our last night. Don’t shut the lights off! We once loved this unit, but after this I will be looking elsewhere.

However, we had 2 odd instances... both of which we were in the condo luckily, but a male entered in our condo (new the code to get in the door) spotted us in the kitchen, caught the male and us off guard and said “oh i’m sorry and left” Then the second instance another male entered the code, opened the door, and asked if we needed towels or wash cloths. No knocking. Just opened the door. It made us feel very uncomfortable and needless to say we were worried about our personal belongings when we were not in the condo wondering if it would happen again and us not be there. Also, the beach chair reservations are a complete mess.

This corner unit is so spacious, there is seating for meals for 10 to 12 people, and the bedrooms are set up to have two couples easily share a vacation time because there are essentially two master suites. We just had a small group for the weekend, and found this unit to be so spacious and the sofa is so comfortable, the amenities of the facility and the property were just gorgeous. There are two beach chairs included with your reservation, but realize that you should go down and request your chairs early each morning, because after 10 AM any seats not taken will be made available to anyone else. If you want front row seating for each chair service, you need to work that out pretty early in your reservation. Overall just a wonderful property and this condo is more spacious than one I have stayed in before with the same three bedrooms. It is easy to see that the property owners have done some nice updates including the countertops and bedding. Everyone in our group kept saying they wanted to keep the reservation information to come back with their families!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured! The reasons I can’t give five stars are: 1.) we WERE given our door code to get in via email but we were not given the code to the door coming in from the outside. We had to call the customer service number in order to get that code. 2.) we were not given any checkout instructions, so the things we did at checkout were all things we have done for previous stays at other condos. 3.) I tried to contact Vacasa via VRBO messages 4 days prior to our arrival, and I’ve still not gotten a response from them. Overall, a good stay with some minor improvements suggested.

This condo was exactly as nice and updated as pictured. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6. We loved the view and the beachfront location.
I would have given 5 stars except that we arrived at 4:45 pm and the condo had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. We walked into bags of garbage and laundry and food all over the kitchen. It was very inconvenient to have to wait outside for nearly 2 hours while the condo was cleaned. We had a grocery delivery that had to be rescheduled and it just put a big damper on the arrival. No one from Vacasa ever followed up with us that evening to make sure we were settled or offer us some kind of concession.

condos are unique but a little diff; stayed at several others in the area, for example, Indigo.. which is very nice also; however, an additional $1k per unit isn’t worth it considering the beach at the Palacio is literally 10 yards from Indigo .. beds were a little firm but not terrible. All in all we had a great time and made some good memories

Amazing and clean! Great pool and kid friendly. Great access to the beach and free chairs and umbrellas were a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautifully decorated, has plenty of space and two balconies. Great to have three bedrooms and three full baths. First condo I’ve rented that had a food processor which was very nice since we like to cook! The only thing that would make it better is
if it had a separate ice maker. Pool area is large and has lots of lounge chairs. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had no problems. The condo is beautifully decorated and accommodated us well.
