Wonderful place. Great for OCD. Everything matches perfectly. No clutter. Yet decorated to a T. Plenty of space. View of Gulf from screened porch. Wonderful amenities. Excellent value for money. So nice not having to hall chairs and umbrellas and gear to the beach. 4 nice chaise lounges and two beach umbrellas provided per unit set up at the beach for you. Dog friendly unit with kennel. My dog must have sensed other dogs and even though I walked him 4 times a day for over 30 min each time, he would come in and pee or poop. This was exhausting. I ordered a case of pet carpet cleaner from Amazon and spent a day scrubbing the area rug in the living room and the out door rug on the screened porch. I let them air out and then rolled them up for the remainder of my stay. This helped tremendously. I blocked off both sets of stairs so he couldn’t get to the carpet. I bought puppy pads for the tile but he had never used those before and he didn’t utilize them. The only negative thing I can say which ruined a lot of my visit was having to send my dog that Is in training for service home to my family and having to hire a pet sitter to come check on him 2 times a day when the family was at home. The grouchy old neighbor complained and lied about me. My dog was left a total of 3 hours my first week at the property. He is a puppy with separation anxiety. I put him on the screened in porch outside the living room where he could see me while I was cleaning his accident on the rug. He is an 8 month old Schnoodle. He was barking on and off for about 20 minutes as I was cleaning and running up and down throwing rags in the wash etc. This was from about 8:30 to 9pm. The screen was closed but he could hear me and see me. Quiet hours are 9 pm until 8 am. The neighbor contacted the owner and said I had left a dog outside unattended chained up and barking. I was extremely offended. He mailed me sound like some dog owner that used and abused his dog and left out there chained up starved and abandoned. There is no fence on the property so I brought the cable I have from home. We don’t have a fence so if its too late or dark or stormy, I sit outside with him while he goes to the bathroom but I attatch him to a 60 foot cable so he can run around and not run away. Otherwise we go to the dog park so he can run in a fenced area. This was really difficult and exhausting and frustrating and upsetting. I was doing my best. I would never rent this unit again with a pet!!!!

We love Perdido and this was our first time booking through here. Loved everything about our trip and are already planning a trip back this summer! Will do it again!

Nice view. Furnishings are comfortable. Lots of options for kitchen use. The carpets need to be replaced. Staples are visible and will hurt feet if not wearing shoes. Some spots have been patched and subfloor is visible. Bring fire stick or whatever you use for watching television. There is no cable.

The condo is gorgeous and so relaxing! Lovely view and access to soooo many awesome amenities!! The property has so much to offer. We love staying here!!

We have stayed in this complex in another units. This unit is beautifully decorated and has a very comfortable master bed. We found it well equipped for cooking. Location is great. Loved the porch. However, it needs some attention. Black mold all around ventilation in the main upstairs bathroom. The carpet upstairs is all separating. Issues were reported to property manager and will hopefully be addressed. There was no information in the unit about the beach club, tram, pool, checkout, restaurants in the area, activities as there has been at other units we stayed at in the complex. No grass right around unit and a ton a sand burrs, so it was a little tricky with our dog. Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed the house! It has everything you need. We had 4 children and 2 adults and all slept very comfortable!

This is simply a gorgeous home with many neighborhood amenities. What a relaxing and refreshing place to get away!! The decor is stunning and the furniture is beautiful AND comfortable. I highly recommend a stay at Fleur de Sea!!

7 adults, 1 infant and a dog. The property was the perfect size for our family and in a great location to the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, appliances, etc. for a large group. The large kennel for the dog was very helpful. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.
