Property was brand new on the inside. Don't be mislead by the outside. Close to the park. Owner was very responsive. (2) master bedrooms with bathrooms were awesome.

This is a great house, everything is new and clean and it is at a great location right on the river. Is it set up to be enjoyed by a good size group and the common area has plenty of room to relax, cook, play games, etc. It was a great base station to explore the national park as well as the fun stuff that the small town had to offer. Highly recommend Sierra subs for lunch. Property owner was great to deal with and fast to communicate and provide details. Highly recommend, would stay there again for sure.

We had a great stay at the River House! We used the property for half of our stay as a base camp for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (long and winding but beautiful drive) and for the other half as a relaxing place to reunite as a family. The layout of the house worked well for our group and was as described. The deck was great for outdoor meals and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.

We stayed over a holiday weekend and can’t say enough good things about this place. The house is beautiful and as described. We had two families, (4 adults, 4 teens) and there was more than enough space for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you needed. The outdoor area was the highlight, the deck is big with gorgeous views. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and the fire pit in the evenings. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and activities. The location was great it’s a few minutes away from town and about and hour and 20 minutes to get to the main area of the Sequoia’s. The drive was pretty and we didn’t feel like it was too far way. We will definitely be back again.

Three Rivers is the town closest to Sequoia and this house was well situated close to the park entrance. It was a modern, clean, and very spacious house for our families. AC kept the house cool even in 90+ degree weather and our kids enjoyed playing in the little river that ran behind the house. The back deck was very large with a nice wooden table, benches, and jacuzzi. There was a separate deck area with more chairs and a fire pit, although we did not utilize it. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with lots of spices, coffee, and tea. The manager was also very responsive. Overall a lovely stay in Three Rivers.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed the River in the backyard. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking in this area! Super close to Sequoia National Park.

We had a large group of 3 families with children staying here to visit Sequoia. The house is amazing and brand new. The pictures don’t really do it justice. Everything was really clean and the hot tub, deck, and river were a great bonus. We would highly recommend this house!

Love this Riverfront house and our group was so happy to come back. It was just as perfect as we remembered. Super clean, spacious and fully stocked with all your needs. Our first stay was in October 2020 and this time July 2023. The river is significantly fuller this time. Exploring nature and hiking is literally right in your backyard here. Everything in this house is in tip-top shape. We love BBQing and cooking in this fully stocked kitchen. This property is perfect for family gatherings, as the dinner tables have seating for large group. Dena is such a great host, always responsive and attentive. This entire visit to Sequoia was fantastic. Dena was the best host possible. The house is exactly as it is pictured. We had 8 people all together, 6 adults and 2 kids. There were so many bathrooms, a large kitchen, family room and great outdoor patios. The backyard river was really the cherry on top for us. Every day we would drive to Sequoia (about 25 minutes to the gate, but 45-60 minutes to get all the way into the parking. So plan to get there early) and hike for the first half of the day, then came home for the afternoon. The adults rested and the kids floated in the river. It was like having our own personal lazy river. There is a tiny soft sandy beach, tiny fish and cool water- it was perfect. Dena was responsive, helpful and just a great host. The house is clean, cool, and well stocked with kitchen items. We had everything we needed. We headed into three rivers for frozen yogurt and Puposas from a local food truck and brewery the last day, which was amazing, otherwise we took Dena's advise and stopped in Visalia for groceries on the way in. But the local market has a good selection of stuff to get there if you need more groceries. We also went to Lake Kaweah on Saturday. The boats in the marina book out on the weekends pretty far in advance if that is something your group wants. The Slick Rock recreation park is a little parking lot and dock. That is where we went and it's only an 8 minute drive from the house. If you need a rental, this house was just fantastic.

Our family had a wonderful trip. The home was so perfect for my kids and grandkids. The little beach area was great for the little ones as long as an adult was close. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Dena!

Lovely stay! we love the river, the mountain and the view in the backyard. The house have everything that we need and was a wonderful setting. Recommend to put in a rice cooker would be perfect. Thank you for the accommodations.

Great home and stay. Beautiful location on the river.

We were there for our annual get together six women, ages 10-69 on Memorial Weekend. The house was perfect, four bedrooms and baths, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. The kids enjoyed playing in sand by the water which was high at the moment but beautiful to watch. Because town was so crazy we didn't leave, cooked and ate all our meals there, walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed all the nature surrounding the place. Property Manager was very responsive to inquires.

Our stay in Three Rivers was perfect. The home is very comfortable and inviting. The river is nice and relaxing off the back porch, we were there in Spring during run off. Although the Park was closed due to road maintenance we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dena for sharing your beautiful home.

Our family of grandparents, adult children and children had a wonderful time. The sounds of the river and the view from the deck were a definite highlight. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Check-in and check- out were simple. We highly recommend this home for families and couples. Thank you so much!!!

Our whole family stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my parents 75th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. Every Family have their own room and own bathroom. The house was large enough To accommodate us. It was all brand new and decorated beautifully. The Jacuzzi was perfect. The flowing river in the back was magnificent. Dena the host was absolutely the best. She answered my million questions before we arrived and quick to answer any of our concerns wildly were there. Our whole family is looking forward to returning.

What a wonderful time we spent on this property. From 1 to 10, it scores a 20!. Super clean and fully stocked. There is something magical about the river that runs behind the back of the house, it relaxes you and connects you with nature. This will def be a repeat for us. We were 4 families and there was plenty of space, we never felt squeezed. Totally recommend!

My family stayed here this weekend for my niece’s wedding at the Ol Buckaroo. This house is beautiful, well appointed, spotless and cozy. Modern appliances and heat/ac system. When you drive up it doesn’t look like much but as my son said “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. Open the doors and it is so lovely and comfortable. I give it 5+ stars!

We stayed at this river house for the last weekend of October. It is very clean and renovated, it has all the amenities you need in a both relaxing and fun trip. Very comfortable. Simple groceries and gas station nearby. A cozy river steps away, and amazing landscape during fall. Few notes: The address on the google map is (was) not taking you the property you need to follow the written instructions by Dena when you arrive at the location directed by the maps. The three one-person sofa beds (in game room) did not have linens, note this if you are planning to use them. Also, it had a great hot tub, although there is an issue with Jet 1 causing it to power cycle. Just use jet 2 in low or high. All of the cooking pots are not new or in a great condition, if that is important for you. And electric kettle was certainly missing. Bring purified water for drinking, if you care about super clear water. The tap water was a bit yellowish, but no big issue. As they say it is perhaps due to sands residuals. Dena is super responsive and kind in case of any issues.

We celebrated a “Girl Cousins Reunion” at your beautiful house in Three Rivers. It was perfect for our occasion as it accommodated the 10-11 people we had staying there. Had a wonderful time enjoying the home and the nature around us.

Had a wonderful stay with my family (12 ppl) at this clean and very new looking interior/exterior home. Highly recommend if you are visiting Sequoia National Park. It was about 100 degrees outside by A/C kept us good inside. There was no more water in the creek behind the house due to drought. Just a couple of complaints: 1) No air coming through ceiling vents in the bedroom with 2 beds 2) There are only beds for 10 adults. There are three additional folding cots. There were no bedsheets provided for the 3 folding cots (only blankets, which are too hot to sleep on top of) 3) Raccoons/bears? knocked out all the trash from the trash cans outside of house 4) You need to drive on gravel road for about a 1/4 mile to get to the house and driveway to property is not paved

The house was very beautiful and clean. It was perfect for our big family. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the river and birds. We even saw a bear. There was a concert in the arena next door so we enjoyed the music too. I just wish we visited in the spring so that the Rivers had more water and surrounding was greener.

We had a great time, and the property is nice. the beds were comfortable, and the property had a lot of amenities. Would recommend. The property manager is very responsive.

The home is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need including three coolers for lunch/day trips. The outside has so much to offer for groups or large families but unfortunately we were there during the heat wave and drought. Note that while the home is only a few minutes from the entrance to the park you will travel about an hour and a half before you really see the sequoias which is why we were there.
