The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

Only compliant we had was Vacasa was extremely slow to respond. The unit itself was perfect. We will definitely come again.

The good…the place was clean and spacious. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The 2 big pools were nice and big and warm. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that it came with free beach chair and umbrella rental for our stay. The unit also came with convenient things such as small amounts of dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels to get through the first day or two.
The bad….hot tub not working and I couldn’t get anyone from Vacasa to respond to emails. There were lights out in master closet and master vanity that made it impossible to see. There was very little room for luggage and clothes in the double bedroom. At times there are long waits at elevator and one kept breaking down. Nearby parking is limited for those that have mobility issues.
Overall it is a nice place. If we ever came back to Perdido Island we would stay again. However, we will likely not be back due to loving Fort Walton Beach so much.

Everything was amazing decor and all. The only complaint I have is that there were a few scratches on the dining room table and dresser in the master bedroom, also there wasn't enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub.

Good area seemed right in the middle of Alabama shores and Pensacola! Walking distance to breakfast club so yummy and a few shops!

Such a beautiful condo. Views are breath taking! Just as described. Was called by renters after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and then in middle of stay to make sure it was still alright. This place was clean and very well cared for. Will def be coming back to this one

Palacio 1005 was spacious and had everything we needed! It was so clean and fresh smelling when we walked in! The couch was a favorite as it had room for everyone! Beautiful view and comfy furniture on the balcony! Thanks for a great stay! We’ve used Vacasa several years in a row and they are a top notch rental agency!

The condo was very clean and was everything our family of 8 needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with basic utensils, plates, pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Pleasant surprise when we went to the beach…the owners had an umbrella and chairs already reserved for us! Definitely will be back

The condo had gorgeous views. The location was perfect and just across the street from shopping, food, and snow cones. It was super easy to get to the beach. The beach service was super, be sure and check in with them as soon as you arrive to get closer to the water. The balcony furniture was super comfortable, that’s where we spent most of our time. The property manager was great, making sure our checkin process went ok and that the condo was in good condition. Just make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. I recommend moving your car while returning the parking pass because we got a sticker notice in the short time it took to return it. Other than that, no complaints. Don’t hesitate with this condo, we can’t wait to go again.

We spent a month in this condo & were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped for a vacation rental, but would recommend bringing your own kitchen utensils if you’re a serious cook. This condo was comfortable, but in need of updating. The big positive in our month here was the excellent service of Vacasa! Every problem was taken care of quickly & with friendly service. We would be happy to rent this condo again next year but not for the doubled rental increase!

Great family vacation!
Everything! The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one recliner in the living room, and we constantly fought about it! (smile)

PERDIDO BAY
CONDO WAS NICE THOUGH THE STOVE WAS NOT WORKING CORRECT NOR DID ANY OF THE REMOTES FOR THE TV. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
