The staff were friendly and our room was clean but very small, fine for a few nights stay.
We were woke up at 4:30am most mornings due to other people playing music, drinking etc. It was awful and out of hand and it should be looked into.

I booked in this location to sleep for some hours after a very early arrival cause it has a 24 hours reception and is located near Cebu port. Everything is simple but ok. It was possible to park inside and the staff was friendly.

it was cheap
the air-con worked but didn’t cool more than 1m height so when you sleep it is ok but as soon you sit on the bed its too warm.
the air-con is not only too weak but also too loud.
there were no soap and no toilet paper and just one towel in the room
the room is so small that you cannot open a big suite-case except putting it on the bed
there is no bidet pipe aside the toilet as you have in almost every hotel in Asia.
in the house next to the facility they burn every day illegally plastic garbage

The place & of course the price. :)
Not necessarily that I didn't like it but a cleaner bathroom is way good points for me... Also, the hot shower in my room was not functioning.

1. Staff- impolite, and not pleasant especially the guy.
2. Room no. 2 did not have flush in toilet
3. The tiles on the floor was loose

if your staying for an overnight stay its ok, but I dont recommend staying to long cause the bed is not very comfy
change the bed, pillow etc. its not comfortable

I booked 1 room double bed.
small room, no trashcan, no soap, no tissue, and not proactively providing us with extra towels, etc...
I also accidentally locked the room with keys inside, and they don't have room key duplicates??? What's even more surprising is they're the ones unhappy with the situation but luckily the sliding windows were unlocked. At least RedDoorz @ Pamaong Street, Tagbilaran City.
