Great space for my family little vacation to the beach. Loved the amenities in the house and it felt comfortable. Beach was close.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was outstanding. We loved Southport and we were able to go on some great day trips (Bald Head Island, Myrtle Beach, Fort Fisher Island, Topsail Island). We would certainly stay here again and recommend this property to anyone planning to visit the region.

Jeanette was a lovely host. She was very easy to communicate with and checked in daily without being intrusive. We were never able to find parking at the private beach club during the day but the public access is near enough (and less crowded) that we took the pass and walked there to shower off and use the restrooms before the 15-20 minute drive back to the condo. The pools are small but it was fine because we were the only ones there every time. Jeanette has pool noodles and beach towels available for your use as well as a beach cart we used daily. The pantry has some spices and the kitchen was well stocked. I prepared all but 2 meals at the condo partially because the wait time to eat out in the evening was over an hour every time. There are a few restaurants that will take reservations but we didn't want to be pinned down on a time to leave the beach. My boys absolutely loved the second bedroom with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Every morning you'll see golfers come through on their carts from the serene screened in back porch. The whole condo has a very home like feel and we will definitely try to rebook this spot.

The place was nice and clean in a quiet but crowded area. We liked the condo and communication with the owner was solid. However, the pillows on the bed could be upgraded as well as the towels in the bathroom. The towels after you got outbid f the shower were kid size! Too small for an adult.

This is a very comfortable place to stay very clean and the owner has equipped it with everything you need for your stay. The owner is great at communicating with you before check-in and during your visit she is very responsive

This was the first vacation without any small children. We didn't feel like we had to be right on the beach. We enjoyed watching people play golf from the porch. My husband walked every morning and everyone was very friendly. The amenities building at the beach was definitely a plus. We would recommend this place for great vacation

This is one of, if not the best, Air B and B experience so far! Jeanette was awesome. She was always helpful and responsive and flexible! The condo felt like home! Very clean, comfortable, cozy and the amenities are great as well! Condo pool was nice, and having private beach access and a pool at the beach made it that much better! I would highly recommend this stay!

The couch and bed were the most comfortable we have stayed at. In fact, we are ordering the same mattress for our bed at home. The owners communication was fantastic. I truly can't write enough great things about this place and the owners. We needed a peaceful and quite place to recharge and this was it. Thank you so much for doing it right!

The beachfront clubhouse, pool and beach access was an easy less than 10 minute drive from the condo. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great! Jeanette was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze! The Vacay Villa was more than we expected! It was well stocked with all amenities, spacious and wonderfully decorated. The space was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of extras, paper goods, some basic spices/oils, and was fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils.** Minor critic-Knives were plentiful, not one of them was sharp.** The villa provided all the beach equipment we needed- great beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and even beach bags! We enjoyed some pool time at the condo complex but were underwhelmed by the Private Beach Club. It was much smaller than the pictures portray, bathrooms were very dirty, pool murky and crowded and visitors are not allowed to use the parking lot so it was not much of an enhancement to the experience. Fortunately, the beach is beautiful and there is lots of public access. Overall, it was a terrific place and we would not hesitate to stay at Jeanette's villa again!

The rooms are large, spacious, and adorably decorated. The pool was relaxing with bathrooms conveniently located for our 5 year old, who has to see every bathroom or he thinks he's missing out. The condo is located a short drive from the beach and allowed us to discover some local restaurants and shopping that we may have otherwise missed if staying right on the beach. We took our first family vacation to this property and it was phenomenal!! Everything was so clean and the host was the sweetest. She really has thought of everything for the villa and made beach going easy! We will be back for another stay!

The property was in great condition and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The own went out of her way to make sure me and my family have a great stay. She answered all my questions that I have and responded to me quickly even at 10:30 pm she was fantastic. I would for sure stay agranda recommend the property to anyone. If I could good give more stars I would.

We loved our stay here. The property was very clean, decorated wonderfully, and had tons of thoughtful things in the house such as beach chairs; beach towels, extra things in the pantry and a very well stocked kitchen! My 3 year old also loved all the cute beachy decor! Great location to Southport and loved having the beach club access. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent again!

This property was perfect! The owners made our stay so easy and supplied everything that we needed. From coffee and creamer to beach towels and chairs, the owners had it covered. After a hot, sandy beach day, the pool was the perfect way to cool off. We cannot wait to stay again!**The condo feels so much larger than the pictures indicate. And is beautifully decorated!
