Lage ist ok, Wohnung in einer großen Wohnsiedlung in Gartenstadt. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer.
An 3 von 4 Tagen wegen defektem Durchlauferhitzer kein warmes Wasser. Problem wurde durch Vermieter nicht gelöst. War wegen Feiertag sicher schwierig, aber auf die versprochene Mietreduktion und Rückerstattung warte ich bis heute.
Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Töpfe schmutzig, keine Topflappen und Untersetzer. Wasserhähne/Duschkopf im Bad stark verkalkt. Fernbedienung für Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht vorhanden, für Fernseher im Schlafzimmer Batterien leer.

Apartment was nice and clean
In the information it said that apartment is on 1. floor :D In Estonia this means really the first floor not second. So the neigbour was a bit mad that we tried to enter from their door :D

Apartment is great and has all the needs for a family stay.
If shower speed can be controlled somehow , that would be awesome.

Clean and functional apartment, quiet location. Very easy to access thanks to the access code for keys. Responsive and always available host
The neighborhood is not the the best. In the description of the apartment, board games and other children amenities are listed but they were not there. Besides some coffee and tea, there is nothing in the kitchen.

A great apartment with all you need including washing machine and tumble dryer, coffee maker and very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen in general.
It's indeed a bit pricey and in respect to the location you will need a car. But i wouldn't call it 'negative' as you know this beforehand

Quiet nice apartment. The terrace was very good for the morning coffee. Clean and well equipped. Will recommend for visit in Karlsruhe.
The facility for placing the garbage onsite the building was dirty. Not easy to find place to park in the evening.

Everything, so clean and well decorated
I literally wish i can have more nights to stay there!! There is everything we need in the kitchen (pans, pots, ecc...) and in the bathroom (towels, toilet paper, ecc...)

The appartement was very nice, clean en big And close to the highway.
The only thing I did not like mutch was the shower.

It looked very clean and luxurious, they included everything you would need (for example kitchen gear, umbrella, brochures of the area, washing machine, dishwasher) and the beds were nice. it was quite spacious overall! Make sure to check the lamps because they come with extra features that we enjoyed a lot! :)
The bathroom had a bath/shower but the hose wasn't long enough to shower in the bath
