Great location, clean property, safe, efficient, easy check-in, comfortable. No problems. Would stay again.

Le Singulier 🙂 Beautiful apartment, comfortable and quiet. We loved staying here.

This super-equipped apartment has an underground parking space, so you don't have to move the car during your stay in Nantes. All sights are within walking distance. The accommodation is very clean and the price-performance ratio is more than OK. The manager was very polite and is also uncomplicated. At the next opportunity we would book there again. It was great!

We were a group of four adults wanting to explore Nantes and the surrounding area. This apartment is light, airy and spacious, and well placed to do just that. Kitchen was well equipped, seating was comfortable and bedding and towels, hotel quality. Good selection of tourist information at the apartment. We didn't use any public transport as happy to discover places on foot, which is easy to do from this place. Having the secure underground parking space and a lift to transport luggage to the apartment was a major plus. Florence who met us was friendly and helpful, and great at sorting an initial problem with the parking. The bakery across the road is very handy and a Carrefour Express nearby was very useful. Would happily use this apartment again.
