I absolutely adore this house. It is in the perfect location. I loved that so much was within walking distance, all the shops, boardwalk and beach. My favorite spot was one of the decks- just sitting and relaxing by the water. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, they went above and beyond to make you feel at home.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family during my wedding weekend. This house is absolutely gorgeous, in the perfect location, and had everything we needed for the best weekend of my life. I can’t recommend this house enough!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The water views are amazing and the rooftop deck is awesome. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals with your friends/family. Barbara is kind and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this beautiful waterfront property.

This was our group's third stay, and this home (and host) never disappoint. Gorgeous bay views, lovely interior and amenities. Relaxing boardwalk strolls and shops and restaurants at your doorstop. Highly recommend!

I reserved this house for a group of girlfriends for our annual girls weekend. We've stayed in other rentals in other areas of MD before and this by far was the best - great location, plenty of space and gorgeous views! We've talked about renting here again in 2023!

What an awesome property and location! We were in town for a wedding at Herrington on the Bay and this was so convenient. We had 10 adults comfortably spread out. This house has great amenities, especially the heaters in the bathroom ceilings! The upper deck and binoculars were also a big hit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful property. The views are spectacular and the rooftop deck is amazing. We also really enjoyed easy access to the cute town of North Beach. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Family Vacation
Superb Host support provided by Barbara Throughout our 10 day vacation in June 2022. This beautiful and clean, well appointed ,home allowed our 14 person family to enjoy a true family vacation in comfort.
The grandchildren were very happy and particularly enjoyed the ice cream shops across the street.
The beachfront location provided spectacular views of the Chesapeake from all floors of the property making this a relaxing vacation.

Perfect for group gathering
This was our second stay at this amazing house. It was just as enjoyable as the first time, and we plan to make it an annual visit. The entire experience was great...from responsive host communication to special touches including a welcome basket, from clean, well-appointed home to convenient location with amazing views. A great choice for long weekend getaway with friends. Highly recommended!

I've never stayed in a rental property that I instantly felt comfortable in! Normally I bring my own cleaning supplied to go over areas that could use more cleaning - but from kitchens to bathrooms to common space this place was SUPER clean & that made it SO comfortable. The town is amazing & very walkable & has a ton of charm! Barbara the host was very easy to communicate with from start to finish & was very flexible with a request I made. Barbara is the perfect host & this is the perfect property!

The town that it's located in is friendly and very much a tiny beach town. The home is centrally located in north beach with shops just across the street. We were within walking distance from food, beer and the beach.
The property manager really thought of everything for this home. It's fully stoked for a weekend getaway. I would love to stay here again.

The property, host and location were all fantastic. Barbara made us feel right at home; the attention to detail and welcome basket were impressive touches. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. It is located on the North Beach boardwalk, just steps away from the beach & pier. We could hang out on the beach and comfortably chat with other members of our party who were relaxing on the home's decks. The beach was perfect for young children--breakers protect it from any waves and you can walk out 50+ feet without the water rising above your knees. Older members of the party appreciated that a bakery and several good restaurants (including a beer garden) were only a block away. The house is fully handicap accessible, too. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon!

I can't say enough about this home. My friends and I have rented home across the country and this is by far one of the best! Barbara has taken the time to pay attention to every detail to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The view is absolutely spectacular. Sitting on the roof top deck on 2nd floor deck in the morning to watch the sun rise is soothing and you have to opportunity to see the splendor of creation. The location is great you can walk across the street for a scoop or down the block for a nice meal. Lastly, the neighbors were great, they welcomed us and were open to sharing their knowledge and recommendations for the area. I highly recommend this home.

What you see in the pictures is a true representation of what you will experience at this property. A beautiful home that Barbara & family created. Everything in this home was well thought of –very detailed. Communication with Barbara is on point! Make sure to experience a sunrise on top deck...you will not regret it. Also, in bedroom 4, there’s a book entitled “The righteous mind”... a great read while viewing the sunrise. House has everything needed for a great stay. Thanks Barbara for this wonderful memory.
