Nice cottage perfect for our family of four. Great location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the large living room area to play games and hang out. Bathroom is small and needs updates, but that was expected and mentioned on the description.

Beautiful property located just minutes from the beach. We walked everyday instead of paying to park. Beach access is 3 blocks away. This is a second floor property and I wish I would have known this beforehand. We traveled with 2 very old small dogs. It wasn’t possible for them to navigate the stairs, which meant a lot of carrying up and down. The property was very nice, but there were stains on the carpet. We blocked the carpeted area off because there were quite a few stains. I believe they were pee stains from previous renters. I did not want my dogs to smell and repeat if they were stains. They still had plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. My only complaint is clean the carpet! Had an amazing time.

It was an extremely easy process to rent this property, and the communication was on point! We loved every second of our stay! Easy walk to the beach, peaceful, and close access to everything! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for biking, beach access, etc Although less than 1000 sq ft, well laid out for socializing. We were most impressed with pool that was easy bike ride …. Resort style, and heated to high 80s!!!

All-in-all, this was not a pleasant experience and I’m unlikely to use VRBO in the future. Instead, I’ll find a nice hotel and have a clear understanding of what I’m getting. The tacked on, apparently arbitrary 'Host Fees' are substantial in relation to the daily cost of the rental. The additional 'Service Fee' is just a money grab. Other than taxes, the daily fee should be inclusive. More than anything, I think this property was grossly misrepresented as to overall condition. I can’t imagine how it collected a 4.5 out of 5.0 rating unless the previous renters were all just let out of prison. The bedrooms were exceptionally small and the mattresses were soft and sagging. The bathroom was minuscule, had terrible lighting and obviously suffered water damage some time ago. The shower had mildew in the grouting. Even the toilet seat, instead of being replaced at some point, had been crudely repaired at its hinges. This home is in serious need of renovation- there is a a fair amount of water damage throughout. It needs fresh paint, new baseboards and the molding needs replacement. The windows are corroded and simply old. VRBO representatives really need to unexpectedly inspect this place. I would be surprised if it met their standards...

Great cottage and location. Enjoyed the gathering space in the main room. We loved the back porch and the Weber grill. It would have been nice to have some beach towels and a couple of beach chairs. The main improvement would be to upgrade your mattresses and pillows. None of us found them very comfortable. We loved the cottage, thanks.

We wanted a quick, affordable getaway for Spring Break and found it in this cute beach bungalow. The house was in a great location (although the nearby road was loud)- close beach access, walking distance to convenience store, shops, ice cream, and restaurants. The house had everything we needed (maybe 1 more roll of toilet paper would be nice:) The large sun room gave us plenty of space to gather. We loved Tybee Island- the beach was beautiful, we could ride bikes and sight see, it felt safe and clean. Lots of variety of restaurants.

This property definitely needs some updates. When we arrived the inside had a old smell to it. The bathroom was way to small and didn’t have any counter space for bathroom necessities. The shower and wall had mold on it. We had to use the little rolling kitchen table for our bathroom supplies. The floor had some wholes in it that need repaired. Our wake up call was construction crew every morning before 8am. Just not a good place for us but might be good for others.

Great weekend enjoying Tybee Island and downtown Savannah! This was the perfect location to anything you want to do!

Very clean 2 bedrooms(small), 1 bath(small) and big sunroom--1 block to beach--quiet neighborhood.

I was looking for a get a way for just 2 of us and we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. It is a nostalgic home that had everything we needed and we especially loved the beautiful living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 2 bedroom cottage, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was everything that was described on VRBO. Anything that I texted to SouthernBelle Properties, they responded with a quickness. We were highly satisfied with everything. Will be a repeat customer.

Renting this property was so easy. Its my first time renting a cottage. With 6 family members we had to have a cottage. Just beautiful!

Had a great spring break stay; proximity to the beach was wonderful with our 3 small children. Great room was the highlight. Kitchen and bathroom tight. Overall, enjoyable stay.
