This house made our weekend celebration perfect. It had enough room for our family and was exactly as described. The golf was perfect. Rick was wonderful to deal with and very responsive when I had trouble getting the tv to turn on. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. The views and location are amazing.

The view looking out over the golf course and mountains in the distance was amazing. As they say location is everything. This is my third time renting this property and I will be back again.

Great and convenient location near Waterville and Loon. Beautiful views overlooking the golf course. Kids had fun sledding down the fairways.

The house is in an ideal location with breathtaking views of the White Mountains. It is an easy drive to several ski mountains in the area. Rick was extremely responsive throughout my stay. The weekend we stayed at the house, there was over a foot of snow. To our relief, the property management company was prompt at plowing the access road. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. Several of the dining room chairs were unstable, but fortunately there were plenty of other chairs we could use. Overall, this was one of the best rentals I've stayed at in the White Mountains. I look forward to visiting when the weather is warmer so I can take advantage of the hiking.

Wonderful Stay
We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Property was as advertised and better. All the necessities and more. Beautiful home with beautiful views. Celebrated 75th birthday for Mom with three generations. There was something for everybody. Homeowner was very kind and responsive. Would definitely go back!

Lovely home, wonderful stay!
Our host was so responsive! He answered any questions we have within 20-30 minutes. The views were spectacular! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. My son-in-law especially enjoyed the complimentary IPA and we all enjoyed a chocolate (or two). Definitely recommend this lovely venue!

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family of 8 adults and 2 one year olds. Beautiful home and views. Our group of 12 rented two homes within the resort and this property was certainly the gem of the two. The proximity to the golf course was ideal and the beautiful views took our breathe away from arrival to departure. Can’t wait for next year!

Family getaway 4/21
Fantasic views of golf course and mountains. The location was great, close to Plymouth State University to visit our son, Franconia Notch for hiking and our favorite brewery in Littleton NH! We will be back and planning on playing golf next time.

What a great stay we had. Everything was perfect. We went skiing, walking and just enjoyed the relaxing environment surrounding the property. The views from the property were amazing. Thank you for another great saty.

Magical Mountain Views
Such a lovely home with a mesmerizing view. The house is large and also very welcoming and comfortable. It was the perfect, relaxing short stay for the two of us and our dog. I can just imagine how beautiful it would during the summer and fall. The owner Rick was extremely nice and very accommodating. We would love to stay again, hopefully sometime soon.

My family loved our stay at this lovely home with spectacular views of the mountains. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished! The owners responded promptly to our questions and provided many special touches, even a bottle of wine to welcome us! We enjoyed having such a nice “home away from home” to come back to after a day of skiing and snowmobiling. Would love to go back!

Absolutely Wonderful!
We had an amazing time at this property. The house is honestly better than the photos and all the rooms were comfortable and clean when we arrived. The host was very communicative and made it very easy to check in and check out. And the scenery was beautiful! The host left us sleds so we were able to sled right off the property on the golf course. Highly recommend this spot!

Great family vacation
Amazing location that’s close to everything. The house had a lot of room and was very updated and clean. The views are great. The checking in and out process was easy and the owners were accommodating. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
