This is a very cute beach cottage. I have two reasons for not giving a perfect rating: there are no beach views. We loved the back porch and comfy lounging area, but you can only hear the ocean. The sand dunes are pretty and you walk right up to the beach, but we missed the views. Also, there is a lot of foot traffic from the people in the unit right above us. We heard them especially at night.

We had a terrific stay at this condo. It's beautifully and comfortably furnished and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. We loved the spacious deck which is well-shaded in the afternoon. It provided a perfect spot for us to relax with our dog, listen to the surf, and enjoy relaxing dinners. Our hosts were quick to respond to messages and provided very helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do while we were in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at this condo! The location was great and the place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. The sofa and the beds were super comfortable! Check in was very easy and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. The awesome patio/deck out back was perfect for sitting outside, feeling the beach breeze, and listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is perfectly located on the beach and walking distance to a great beach bar. Short drive to local restaurants and shopping. Great place for dogs with the gated back deck.

We love Amelia and just needed a quiet get-a-way, this was perfect! Great deck, privacy, comfy bed, etc. we brought our dog and he loved the beach! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best locations at Fernandina Beach. The ground floor unit makes for easy access to beach or car without multiple trips up and downstairs with people and pets. New appliances, countertops, a good-sized TV for those times you're not on the outdoor furniture or on the beach. Isolated enough for a quiet getaway, yet near enough to shopping and restaurants to ensure a great week at the beach. We will be back.

5 stars. The owner has really thought of those small details from having beach towels& chairs for all. They even had more than a few essentials for cooking (nothing worse than not having s&p when cooking)

If you want comfortable beds with great linens, comfortable furniture, all the necessities to cook dinners in, very nice decor, and a patio to die for then this is your condo! We took advantage of the patio since the weather was pleasant and even enjoyed the firepit, all while we listened to the surf. There is a very short boardwalk to actually see the beach, but the dunes are lovely to look at and definitely provide that beachy atmosphere. Management was great and access was easy with a key code. Couldn't ask for more!

How wonderful to be able to walk right onto the beach. We spent many evenings sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed for cooking dinner in the rental. We will be back.

Ashley's property is absolutely perfect! I was prepared to be impressed just by the pictures, but it is even better in person! A well equipped condo in a perfect location with the beach as your back yard - I couldn't ask for anything more. It has everything you need throughout the day - coffee maker, plenty of beach chairs and toys even kayaks. The beach is perfect and very quiet. We were not used to having our own section all to ourselves! So relaxing. The outdoor area at the condo was my favorite part, a great place to come relax and listen to the ocean. I would absolutely stay here again and would not change a thing. Absolutely perfect!

This property is in a perfect location. It is on the beach & close to restaurants. We rented bikes & rode them everyday. Downtown was a short bikeride with lots of shopping, restaurants & breweries! We had a blast!

Consistently Great Stay
After staying here numerous times, we continue to come back due to beautiful condo, great location, and excellent communication with the owner. Fantastic for anyone not able to climb a lot of stairs.

Wonderful beach stay!
Great location on the beach and 7 minutes from downtown restaurants. We loved sitting out on the patio with the short boardwalk down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family was in town for another family member’s wedding and absolutely loved our stay at this property. The porch was our favorite- many great meals were shared there! Would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for easy beach access and also so close to restaurants!

This property was perfect for our short beach getaway! My husband had a business trip nearby and we decided to stay at the beach a few days and bring his mother. This condo has no steps and was perfect! This property was exactly as described and was extremely clean and just steps to the beach! The outside seating area/fire pit was wonderful and the beach chairs/sun shade were all in good condition…wished it had been warmer to use the paddle boards and kayaks! We liove Amelia Island and would definitely recommend this property!!

This property was perfect for our short beach getaway! My husband had a business trip nearby and we decided to stay at the beach a few days and bring his mother. This condo has no steps and was perfect! This property was exactly as described and was extremely clean and just steps to the beach! Plenty of room for 3 of us, outdoor seating was so fun when we had friends from home over for drinks one night, well-appointed and clean kitchen, location near shopping and great restaurants (5 minute drive?), and attentive owner so we never felt we were on our own if something went awry or if we needed a quick recommendation. The beach here is wide and clean. Four comfortable lounge chairs thoughtfully provided to take down to beach. Newly renovated, a little gem. A hit with 50+ and 20 year old sets!

The beach here is wide and clean. Four comfortable lounge chairs thoughtfully provided to take down to beach. Newly renovated, a little gem. A hit with 50+ and 20 year old sets!

Wonderful, relaxing beach front condo
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in Amelia Island on Fernandina beach. The condo was as advertised: beach front, cozy, and well decorated. Best of all, we had a short walk up the beach to enjoy relaxing dinners. It was a great stay. Thank you, Bob

We rented this place for two weeks for the second year in a row.
Upon entering we were immediately reminded of its great feel and charm.
The hallway, with bedrooms on each side, opens up to a beautiful open-space kitchen and living room with sliding doors opening to a lovely large deck with a gate leading to a short boardwalk to the beach. (Btw, the deck has both shady and sunny areas.).
The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes, pots & pans, etc., and has great lighting.
The owners live nearby and are very responsive.
We look forward to renting again next year.

Where do I start? From the beautiful renovations to the fun toys to play with this place is perfect! The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had on vacation (as I am a chef, this is huge to me), the space is great and the huge deck/patio is ideal ! We had the two of us and a couple of large greyhounds with us and we were never crowded. We are very grateful for the attention to detail, it made our stay amazing! Thank you!

Great Spot on the Ocean
I stayed for 10 days and found the property to be centrally located and the perfect spot to unwind and find peacefulness. Communication with the owner was seamless as was check-in/out. The kitchen has all you could want to make your stay a great one and the outdoor space and walkway to the beach can not be beat!
