We had a nice short stay. The kitchen had useful things like condiments. The view was really tranquil facing toward the dock and water. We loved the deck. There were plenty of towels. When we arrived the room was clean. Not too far from Target, mall, beaches.

We have stayed in this unit more than once and will stay again. Condo is well stocked, beds are comfy, plenty of linens, unit was clean and ready to go. We did have a small issue (totally out of Glenn’s control) and Glenn was quick to solve it. The views and amenities are top notch. You can’t beat this place!!

Glenn and Maria's place is perfect. It was so nice being on the bay, I saw dolphins almost every day during my stay. This side of the building is very quiet and peaceful, umbrella provided on the balcony for shade as the afternoon sun is bright. The condo was equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The black out shades in the bedroom were nice to get some extra sleep. There was ample parking in the lot so that was never a concern. They do have carts to make loading and unloading even easier. Upon my arrival I noticed extra touches made to show that housekeeping really took care in making sure the place was clean for new guests. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores near by. The hosts were very accommodating and I was easily able to reach them with any questions I had during my stay.

This place is located in a great spot close to beaches shopping and has a great view the owners were always quick to respond to all my questions as well if you are looking for a great place to stay this is it trust me! Super clean as well.

Great location, close to everything! The resort was quiet, family oriented and clean. The pool area was nice. No issues whatsoever, for the money it is a prefect stay. We will be back again!

We normally stay in a cottage when we visit but this time wanted to try something different. The condo was great, easy key less entry and the bonus was sitting being able to sit on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming in the bay.

My husband and I love staying on Boca Ciega Bay. We’ve stayed in several condos however this one was the best. It was clean and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were friendly and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I love staying on Boca Ciega Bay. We’ve stayed in several condos however this one was the best. It was clean and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were friendly and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Just spent a long weekend. The location was lovely. The condo has a balcony overlooking the water. We saw many birds and one would even visit us each morning. We enjoyed our time there very much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I can recommend it.

Relaxing
This condo is clean and just as pictured. We saw dolphins every morning playing right outside the balcony. Very relaxing. There was plenty of bedding and towels and a new washer and dryer in the unit. There was even a small supply of sunscreen, aloe, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The cupboards were well stocked. The condo grounds are very clean. This complex might be the best kept secret in the area. 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches. They do have beach chairs and some beach/pool toys in the unit which we did not use. However, we did find that for $25 at the beach you could rent 2 chairs and they would set up an umbrella for you. Glenn was very accommodating with a late checkout and gave great restaurant recommendations of the Salt Rock Grill and Middle Grounds!! We have been to this complex 2 times and will stay again, and are already planning the next visit.

Awesome all around
I’m so glad I carefully read through reviews for each rental I was looking into for this specific stay. The condo was perfect for so many reasons. The owner has this set up to really make good use of a small space. We absolutely loved how peaceful and tranquil it was just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views. It’s exactly what we needed for this trip. The location was perfect. A Target, Walmart and Wawa right by us, Madeira beach not even 10 minutes away, St Pete beach 15 minutes away. Overall I highly suggest booking this VRBO. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Glenn!

Property was very clean. Had a slight problem retrieving the code to get into property. Contacted manager and he answered in a timely manner. Property was stocked with all sorts of products needed. I highly recommend you staying here if in the area. Thank you Glenn for making our stay in such satisfactory.

It's so nice to be on the water and also have a pool. (Especially because Red Tide put a damper on the beaches!) We enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfy and the couch was too. Helpful extra amenities were included. Thank you!
