Great place for a great value, rooms were very nice and was surprised by the kitchen.
Hard to check in, girl behind the counter to busy arguing with someone on her phone in the other room. Finally a different employee noticed me standing there and checked me in while the other girl just kept arguing for the whole lobby to hear.

Location to concert venue
None of normal perks found in other places in the same price range. Like a blow dryer or a coffee maker.

Great location for business, clean, great in room amenities. This isn't a lux hotel, but it's absolutely perfect for a family on vacation. If I was on vacation with my kids I'd TOTALLY want this hotel because the room was clean, there's a full size refrigerator, a stove top, and sink, and a Cupboard space for dinner ware!! AMAZING SPOT FOR A FAMILY VACATION!!!
This place is a little janky. 4 stars? Yes, but in an economy kind of way. This is not a lux hotel by any means.

It’s brand new, clean and comfortable.
Mostly used by companies to lodge their workers for short stays while they doing work which had the whole hotel smelling of body odor.

A+ Location! It was perfect for us as we were wanting to be close to the casino. The hotel is around the corner from the Hard Rock Casino. A+ on Cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. There's an awesome laundry room that have really good washers and dryers. A++ for overall rating! The staff were so friendly and helpful! They were always smiling and welcoming! We will DEFINITELY be returning!
Only downside is there is no pool.

The only bad thing was breakfast, there was not much to pick from. I would at least add bagels and cereal.
